There couldn't be a better place for me to stay. I loved the location of this little studio, I could live there. Kashta was great and answered all my questions and concerns leading up to the stay date. The view from this studio is fantastic. I have not a single complaint. Thank you Kashta for all your hospitality.

Kashta was more than hospitable and very accommodating with everything that I needed. She even called me on more than one occasion to make sure I was comfortable and asked me if there was anything I needed. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!
In fact, if it wasn't for Kashta, the last part of my trip would not have been as nice as it was. The suite was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the apartment was equipped with everything that I needed. It was also nice to have the internet available..this was a great to have!
The back yard was breathtaking and the view of the city was spectacular both during the day and at night (moreso at night). I really enjoyed the pool and it was nice that there was a convenience store right there with everything that one may need.

This was a very nice and modern villa and we stayed there for a week with our two kids and we all enjoyed it. The room was clean and air conditioned. The only issue we had was litte ants that seemed to be coming out of the light fixture at the front of the villa and in to the kitchen and rest of the villa. We bought ant spray to handle the problem. Kashta, our host, came up twice to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. The view of the city was amazing and we would recommend this villa to our friends and family.

We would usually stay at a hotel in Kingston but with a toddler this can become very inconvenient.
We rented this apartment from Kashta and we were 100% pleased. Where do I begin...
First, the view from this apartment in the daytime and nighttime is priceless. This is the view that everyone would love to wake up to. We were looking down into the city and could actually see inside the National Stadium when they had the 2012 Olympic trials.
Inside the apartment was clean and very welcoming. It felt like home for us. We were able to make breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen, just as we would at home and lounge on the patio outside with our guests. Our kids played in the grass outside and we felt safe.
The bathroom was lovely and very clean.
As technology junkies, we absolutely loved that there was free WiFi and cable TV. We were well connected with our friends and family via the high speed internet and we honestly felt like we were in our own space. Our iPads and iPhones were automatically connected once we pulled up to park outside.
I really don't think I can go back to a tiny hotel room after this experience. I'm usually very picky about where I stay so I would always stay in 4 or 5 star hotels. The warmth, comfort and cleanliness of Kashta's apartment, beats going to any 5 star hotel room...and the price is amazing.
