Designated National Scenic Area. Ideal for walkers and climbers, and only ½ mile from Kinlochewe which has a hotel/bar, shops, coffee shop and petrol station, Cairn Shiel is within easy reach of some of Scotland’s greatest mountains, including Slioch, Liathach and the Torridons and there are many high and low level walks in the area. Loch Maree is close by and boat trips can be taken to see the Viking Graves on Isle Maree. Ample fishing available from sea trout, brown trout and salmon.
