This small detached Herefordshire cottage stands in the grounds of the Kinnersley Arms country pub and can sleep two people in a double room. The Cottage affords simple but comfortable accommodation and has its own patio garden adjacent to the Kinnersley Arms pub’s beer garden. Set in the grounds of the pub, this little detached Herefordshire cottage is set in the rural hamlet of Kinnersley, part of Herefordshire's Black & White Village Trail. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

booked this holiday cottage after seeing it in the sykes cottages brochure , it was everything the brochure promised , great location , the owners are the friendliest couple you could ever meet , they will also let you put frozen goods in their freezer if self catering as the cottage does not have a freezer . if you are going to dine out every day then the meals at the kinnersley arms (owners of the cottage , phil and sue) are highly recommended ,

Excellent week in a good central area - we travelled to many different towns in Both Hereford & Wales. Had some good walks around the area with the dog, locals very pleasant.
Good food in the pub (who own the cottage) cottage very private although it is the pub grounds. The cottage is compact yet has all the facilities you need,cooking facilities not the best, but we did not go to cook a 3 course meal so it was OK. Only possible complaint was that the settee in the lounge has seen better days.
