I would rate this place as highly recommended. Spacious lounge/dinning room and kitchen with underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. Bedroom on ground floor with bathroom next door - ideal for those unable to manage the stairs. Upstairs off the landing consists of two twin bed large bedrooms with views over countryside. One of the bedrooms has a toilet and sink within. Plenty of parking for your cars and walks across open countryside very closely. Dogs are allowed and welcomed. The rear garden is fenced but could I fear still allow small dogs to crawl underneath the fence and run away. The owners should look into correctly this problem. We have a medium to large size dog and the fence served it's purpose.
The owner likes baking cakes so don't be surprised if she bakes one for you!
A communal playground is located near the rear garden for all of the other 3 holiday cottages to use.
We had a lovely short break and will be returning soon.
This cottage was lovely, clean and in a really nice area. It was within a few miles of several villages which had everything you could need. The bedrooms are good sizes and one of the upstairs bedrooms had it's own bathroom which was perfect for my teenage son. The small park at the back of the cottage was great for my 3 year old. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty games, Dvds and books to keep us entertained in the evenings. The owners were friendly and welcoming.

Super holiday, beautiful cottage, good location! Warm welcome and very spacious cottage, kids loved the play area. Home made cake on arrival and fresh flowers and a jug of milk in the fridge was very much appreciated.

The cottage was one of several set on a farm in the middle of open countryside. It was very well appointed and the owners were most welcoming. There was a large enclosed garden and cosy fire and a good sprinkling of snow added a magical touch just before Christmas.

We have stayed here twice both times having friends with severe disablements. The owners made us very welcome and very helpful. They let you get on with your holiday keeping in the background but if help is needed they are there. The accomodation is first class, very comfortable and relaxing. We hope to go back again.Only one small fault one of our elderly friends found it to far to walk for a drink. But the isolation compensates being so quiet which is hard to find in this day and age.
