The cottage sleeps up to six people in two bedrooms - a king-size double and a twin - and on a double sofa bed in the sitting room. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

We are always on the look out for nice cottages to rent in a not too rural setting. This place is a find.Beautiful cottage - decorated and furnished to a high standard, clean & cosy.Great enclosed garden - will be lovely to use in better weather (too cold when we went!).5 mins walk to market town centre - dog friendly pubs,friendly locals and all your basic needs were met on the door step.The owners of Holme Lea were friendly, helpful and welcoming. A welcome pack was left for us with all sorts of goodies in.
