Já havia me hospedado em outro apartamento deste condomÃnio e voltarei outras vezes com certeza. Ele fica muito próximo dos parques e outlets e lojas de grande porte, possui uma infraestrutura excelente, os apartamentos são ótimos, limpos e confortáveis. Apenas ficou devendo na questão de internet, já que esta não está disponÃvel em todos locais.

There was no phone line during the whole stay. Smoke alarms keep going off at night. And property manager did not return our phone calls.

stay was great. only thing i would change is the steps and hallway to condos were dirty, but inside was very clean. everything else was super. hope to stay there many more times.

This is a great place to stay if you are going to Disney because there are directions to take a back road that avoids the daily traffic jam on the main highway. We stayed there with our 2 adult children and spouses and it was just the right size. Small quiet pool area nearby and a larger one up by the clubhouse including a poolside bar. Well stocked kitchen where we prepared most of our meals. Couch needs to be replaced, but the owner explained that a monhly renter vacated the property shortly before our arrival so they were able to repair damages and put on fresh paint but did not have time to replace couch. Manager and owner were very responsive to requests, friendly and gave us great tips about the surrounding area.

This is my second time at Windsor Palms. Our condo nit was very well appointed and very clean. Windsor Palms is a great place to stay - with a lot of activities up at the club house. The compound is very close to all the major attractions.

Had a great time...........very nice condo....3rd floor was a little disappointing for elevators and a lot of stairs....loved the way it was furnished... smoke alarm battery died at 3am and no replacement batteries in the unit so had to unplug it until I could go buy one and replace it (your welcome) ......the key box code I was given by email was not correct, so I had to call for the right one....but overall, we had a wonderful time

Wish the weather was better but we made the most of our time there. We loved the condo 2310 silver palm #303. I had stayed at Windsor Palms before -- this was the nicest one I have stayed at. Very clean and decorated nicely. Also, it was nice of the owners to have strollers and toys for the pool. My grandson loved the tennis courts and the game room. My son and his wife said it was the nicest vacation they had been on.

Had a great time despite the cold weather! The condo was great, a little on the small size for 4 adults and a 4 year old who thought she could fly like Tinkerbell. The floors could have been cleaner but apart from that the place was clean. The beds could have been better but who goes on vacation to sleep? Great location very quiet and a nice escape from a day full of "Magic." Would stay here again.

The property is a fabulous location and perfect for our vacation. The unit itself was mostly clean but the carpets were quite dirty and the bedding could have been a little cleaner. Overall it is a great place, great pool area and super location to all parks.
