This 4- Star home has an open floor plan with nearly 1600 square feet across two levels of living space. A private swimming pool is an added bonus to the fabulous Resort amenities. Its location off of Highway 192 in Kissimmee allows for quick access to any one of the popular Theme Parks locally, or in nearby Orlando. The splash pool was repaired during our stay. The owner needs to update kitchen utensils and replace some furniture that are old. Some lamps and lighting fixtures needed new bulbs. Once the splash pool was filtering properly, it was very enjoyable. I would consider Magical Memories Villas again if the home or unit was maintained better and/or remodeled.

My eperience with Magical Memories representatives were outstanding. The guest service area was very nice, however when I get to my rental property I was a little taken back. The property as a whole was very nice, the up keep outside, etc. There were no blinds and/or curtain at the front door, we had to put a sheet up for privacy purposes. I think I called the guest service desk twice to let them know what I notice was broke when we got there. The comforter sets where very worn as well has the bed in the master bedroom upstairs. Now recently I stayed in a home at Emerald Isle through another management group. The home was just what I expected. Just how Magical Memories front office area looks this home at Emerald Isle was immaculate just like that.
