Our family recently rented two properties from Frank & Lenore Monteleone. One was the Snow White's Pool-Side Get away, and the other was a condo, the Mouseketeer Lodge. Lovely furnishings and decor with an abundance of amenities. We had anything and everything we needed at both properties to make our vacation perfect. Excellent locations in quiet neighborhoods that were close to everything. We will definitely call upon the Monteleone's for our next vacation rental.

this was a wonderful first time expirience with flip key, and the results where a fantastic vaction, great attention to detail everything you could ever need being away from home is here frank and elenor are amazing and kind people who guide you step by step to plan a great vacation and will answer any question no matter what time of day, they make sure you feel safe makeing your reservation ,booking and checking in . the location was amazeing very close to everything!

Liked best: Owner accessibility for questions; location; condo decorations; condo fully stocked; extremely quiet area; excellent mattresses.
Liked least: Hot tub barely lukewarm (did not use); fitness centre needs facelift; some mould starting to show in washrooms; decorative plants in master bedroom badly needed dusting; t-fal pans need replacement (many scratches).

Thank you Aida! After you called, I immediately addressed the hot tub issue and it was taken care of. One of those rare times when the circuit breaker had tripped a short while before you used it. It was easily reset and everyone was back to "hot tubbing" in no time.
We have TWO fitness centers on site. One has been completely remodeled with the latest decor and equipment and the other is in process, which is probably the one you selected for use. That one will be state of the art shortly as well.
Not sure that you checked, but in addition to the non stick pans, we supply heavy duty steel cookware as well (quite expensive) so that our families have either option at their fingertips. We are constantly upgrading our stock to keep everything perfect (check out our other family reviews) so I am sure your next stay will be even better.
Concerning the plants, I've addressed it with my cleaning staff and it has been resolved. During such a busy period, occasionally they get bypassed in between cleanings but that's been addressed.
We appreciate all comments because it helps us to improve and make our service and homes even better. Nothing less that 100% will ever be satisfactory for us. -

It was great to stay at Hemingway's animal Kingdom. We were all very comfortable and happy in our home away from home. It was the perfect size for our family of 4, but could easily accommodate a few more. Laundry was a big plus!The kitchen was pretty well stocked and we were able to save a lot of money eating breakfast and dinner at the condo instead of out at restaurants or the theme parks. The condo is in a great location...close to disney, not too far from seaworld and about 45 min to legoland. Very close to tons of restaurants, shopping and mini golf. It was so quiet too. We couldn't tell that we even had neighbors! We had such a great time that I just booked again with Frank and Lenore. They are so friendly and easy to deal with! And they think of everything! We ran out of our packed shampoo 2 days before we left... but not to worry...they had some there for us to use. When our train was cancelled, they let us extend our stay with no problem! They truly care about their renters. They give you all these great tips and information even before you get there. I've rented another rental property before and let me tell you, renting the Hemingway was not only easier, it was better maintained and much better stocked. The other rental had nothing... no toilet paper, no cleaning supplies... not even salt and pepper! Hemingway had all that and more. The only thing bad about the experience was that I had to pack up and leave. I'm still pouting about that!

Title says it all. It has everything you need - we cooked in a couple nights. Master bedroom mattress was great!, and I'm used to a nice mattress.
Booking was very easy, and directions were great, internet, tv cable all excellent too.
Just minutes from Disney, and lots of groceries, restaurants close! -

Thanks so much to Frank and Loraine for keeping their property so comfortable and home-like! Hemmingway's was truly like staying in a home away from home, it had way more amenities than a hotel and cost less than most nice hotels I had been looking at! We only stayed for two nights, but if I return to the Orlando area, I will certainly be contacting them again! The dining options were plentiful around the area too, there were not tons of unique options, but almost any chain that you can think of was within a two minute drive!

We stayed at Hemingway's animal Kingdom during our recent trip to Disney. It was the perfect retreat. The condo was impeccably clean and well kept... Pretty much anything you may have forgotten was magically there for you. frank and Lenore have thought of everything!
After a Long day at the park... The last place we wanted to how as to a hotel. The condo offered a very homey feeling. Which was important to us. I have a little boy who has medical issues and doesn't always travel well. He doesn't love hotels... But, felt right at home at the condo. ... As did the rest of our family. It was perfect. We will be telling all of our friends about it! -

Just got back from our second great vacation staying in one of Frank and Lenore's great vaction rentals. We stayed at "Your Magic Kingdom" in 2010, and "The Lion Kings" a couple of weeks ago. The Monteleone's go way over and above the call of duty to ensure a great vacation accommodation at a value-packed price. Their hands-on approach is a breath of fresh air in an otherwise impersonal business. Their personal touch makes all of the difference. Frank is a joy to deal with before and during each trip. Just an excellent and joyful experience all the way around. You can't go wrong with Frank and Lenore! So enjoy their warm hospitality.

The home was perfect, exactly like the description/pictures- spacious and very clean with everything our family needed. Very close to Disney and all amenities, perfect to relax in after a busy day. Whenever I'm talking to someone about Disney, I always tell them about amazing Disney Homes! My wife and girls and I have stayed at three of Frank and Lenore's condos now, and we wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.
I've stayed in the parks. The resorts are nice, but the bottom line is you get a small hotel room for an outrageously high price.
Frank and Lenore's condos are spacious, well furnished, fully outfitted, and clean! They always have plenty of linens, blankets, and towels. The kitchen is fully stocked for any cooking needs. You don't have to worry about paper products, soap, shampoo, etc. They think of everything! Plus there's a pool and hot tub right outside!
The condos are in a cute subdivision of condos and patio homes right off a main highway (Rt. 192) so anything you could need is just a short drive away. The Super Walmart, Super Target, Publix, Walgreen's, restaurants, etc are probably closer than they are to you where you live. All of this at 1/3 the cost of staying at a Disney resort, and did I mention the pool and hot tub right outside!
The parks are just minutes away. Image you bought a place that's as close to Disney as you can possibly get, and you have the basic idea. Condo to Epcot, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood - 15 minutes. Magic Kingdom - 17 min. Sea World and Universal - 25 min. You can't beat it!
There's no check in hassle either. Frank emails the combo to the key box before you travel. When you get there, you park in front of your condo, open the door, and relax.
Amazing Disney Homes are a perfect oasis from "wrench money out of your pocket bustle" of the parks. They truly give you a home away from home!

We loved staying at Frank's condo. This is our second time, and it was just as great as the first. The condo exceeded our expectations! It was just like being at home. We had a wonderful time staying here. The condo was exactly as described in the listing on the web and the layout was excellent. We found it to be very comfortable, quiet, clean and spacious. It was well equipped with some of everything from dishes, towels, cleaning supplies and etc. It is a close drive to all the major theme parks, stores, and places to eat. My granddaughters didn't want to leave (LOL). We would definitely rent this place again! I would highly recommend staying here.

We just returned from an 8 day stay at "Hemingway's animal Kingdom" home. What a fantastic experience. The process prior was super easy, check in painless (huge plus with 4 kids!), the home had everything possible and more from extra pillows and blankets to a stroller (actually a few), toys, movies, games, laundry soap, lots of kitchen goods, even ice packs in the freezer! Comfy beds and living space. Couldn't hear anything outside. Very easy drive to Disney. Everything was great. I cannot say enough good things about our experience.

The service was great, the air wasn't working one morning, I called Frank and when we returned that evening it was fixed. The home was very nice and roomy. The location was very good. Close to parks and restaurants,etc. It was very quiet and peacful there. The pool we went in was nice. We made breakfast every morning in the full kitchen. The only one thing we least liked which is no big deal, the sinks in the bath we're small for laying things out.

Animal Kingdom was a lovely decorated home with plenty of room and very well stocked with a variety of supplies. Close enough to the Disney parks but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. A wonderful house! Comfortable and luxurious.Lots of space and a great "inneryard" with a pool. Close to shooping and close to all adventur parks. After beeing outdoors all day it was so nice to come "home" ,relax and enjoy everything that You have in your own house, such as your own room,a TV, a kitchen where You can cook or sit down with your friends in the living room with a huge sofa or just take a dip in the pool. Also if You need there is a washingmachine and a dryer. If I could I would have brought them home(great machines!);-) We were 2 adults and 2 teenagers and we all felt very at home here. We will definitely rent this house again, if we decide to go to Kissimmee again.

I recently took our 2 daughters and 6 grandchildren for a vacation to Orlando Florida. While looking for places to stay and not wanting to be separated from each other I decided to look at condo's to rent, boy am I glad I found this one. From the minute we walked into this clean, beautifully decorated condo, we felt like we were at home. Booking was easy with the help of Frank the owner who is so wonderful, right down to the door to door directions that he sent me after finalizing everything, this turned out to be a wonderful vacation and located within minutes of everything...I would and will recommend this condo to everyone...Thanks Frank for helping to make our dreams come true...

The animal Kingdom was perfect for our short stay in Orlando with a larger party of 6. If we stayed in a hotel we definitely would have needed 2 rooms. The condo was very close to Disney World. We loved that Frank had the Condo stocked well beyond the basics which was much appreciated seeing we were there for only 2 nights we did not do a large grocery stop but still had TP, coffee, shampoo etc. We also booked on short notice and Frank made it super easy. Thanks Frank. Will definitely stay here in the future.

A perfect place for traveling families with kids looking for a picefull, very clean and kozy place to rest after a long exhaustive day. You can relax by the pool or in front of TV. You can play tennis or go for a walk. Very heplpful people when it comes to organizing your trip. Easy check-in and out procedure. No questions asked. Great value for a great service.

I can't say enough how perfect this condo was for us on our recent trip to Disney and Universal. Not only was the place great, but the owners were welcoming the entire time. I felt like they really wanted us there and to have a fantastic time. Everything was provided so we only had to worry about packing our personal belongings. That was such a bonus.
We came during cooler weather, so we weren't able to try out the outdoor features of the place, such as the pool, but it would have been very convenient if we decided to. The beds in the condo were all exceptional. I have a bad back and I'm always nervous staying in a new place, I can honestly say I wish I had that mattress at home. Everyone loved their beds.
I must say, unless we stayed on site at the Disney parks, I don't think we could have gotten closer to them. We always started our days early, so we had no problem with traffic in the morning. Then, when we returned in the evenings, the condo was an oasis from an exhausting, but fun day in the parks.
I really could go on and on, but I promise, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hemingway's animal Kingdom to anyone I know. -

Our experience was excellent from the moment we first made contact with Frank right through to the end. The tip book and directions came in very handy. I want to take the time to tell you the home was amazing!!! You and your wife have outdid yourselves again. I love the way the home felt so warm, you supplied everything we could possibility need. Everything was just perfect. I have referred you to family and friends and we will be coming on the weekends to visit Sea World and aquatica since we got season passes. Maybe if your homes are not occupied we can stay for the weekend sometimes.

To start Frank was very easy to deal with. He responds to emails in a timely manner and everything was clearly stated (nothing hidden). After receiving your contract and payment the provided tips and instructions were a great help. Once we got there the condo was clean and everything on the provided checklist was there and in order. We did not have a single problem or complaint. It truly was an amazing place to stay. Next time we will make Frank our first and only choice! Would recommend to anyone!

This was the second time we stayed at these condos and this time we had our daughter, son-in-law and the two grandsons. The convenience to the attractions was one of our considerations and we were happy that it only took 1 minutes to get to any of the Disney parks. The condo provided an extremely comfortable place to go after a full day of walking. The grandsons enjoyed the bunk beds and having their own room...and the adults enjoyed having separate bedrooms and baths. The kitchen/dining area was convenient for eat-in breakfasts and we had the occassion to prepare and eat dinner there a couple of times during our week long stay. We found the kitchen very well stocked. Having a washer and dryer was also a wonderful convenience as we packed less clothes for our trip knowing that these were there. Overall our experience with the management and the facilities was exceptional.

We had 6 in our party so the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room worked out great for us. It was too cool to try out the pool. The modem has a single wired hook-up, but the cable was provided. I would recommend to the owner to shell out a few dollars for a wireless router. The TV and VCR need updating.
Good access to all of the Disney Parks but a long drive to Universal. Shopping and restaurants are close by and convenient. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to cook breakfast and prepare meals when we ate in. We would definitely stay there again. -

Hemingway's animal Kingdom is one of the best vacation rentals I've ever rented anywhere. Don't be put off by the corny name - the condo is decorated well and very tastefully. It's large (1400 square feet) and exceptionally well-supplied. The Monteleones are terrific hosts, going so far as to supply a 50 page handbook describing the area and the best strategies for visiting the theme parks. Emails asking questions typically get a response within minutes. The condo is conveniently located - about 10 minutes from the Disney parks and 20 minutes from Universal (assuming you avoid us 192). It was a welcome and restful place to come home to at night. I'd have no hesitation recommending it, and will definitely stay here or in another Monteleone property the next time I'm in Orlando.

We were delighted and very surprised by our accomadations. Everthing was in order and made us feel like we were in our own house. There was room for all, with a great room for kids. The house really showed pride of ownership, and I will pass the word around..

We stayed in Frank's property just last week and were really happy. Plenty of linens, baby gear, and even pool towels. The building complex is probably late 80s early 90s but the unit was well decorated with good, mostly very modern appliances. Kids loved the theme and we loved having several flat screen T so we could watch Ncaa while they watched Nick at Night :) We had a small issue with internet and Frank had the cable guy other there immediately to fix it... on a Sunday!
We ate cereal for breakfast, took sandwich lunches into the parks in a cooler bag using frozen juice bags/boxes to keep things cool, toted in our own water and soda. We also brought in Pringles - with their packaging they didn't get squished. Kids were happy with this and we had an ice cream snack and popcorn almost everyday and ate out all but one night when we got back too late and ended up with cheese crisps. Despite this we felt we spent loads less on this vacation than previous trips that were less than half the time. Having a fridge and washer/dryer were awesome! I did a load a night with a shout dye catcher and no one was ever out of clothes! Overall a great trip, great place to stay and very happy campers! Will happily rent from Frank again! -

My family and I experienced a relaxing and comfortable experience during our stay at Hemingway's animal Kingdom location. The place was exactly as shown and described on the web page and we were even surprised by all the little amenities that were in the unit. I have stayed at other resorts and hotels before but this home made us feel like a home away from home in a little oasis. It was very clean and that was even more reassuring once we arrived that we would be in a place that we could feel comfortable staying in. I have already recommended the web site of the www.amazingdisneyhome.com to couple of my friends and co-workers already. I will definately keep this information for any future stays in the Orlando area. Thanks for a wonderful vacation experience!!

This condo is the best we have ever stayed in. They have paid very close attention to detail. Most places we stay we end up at the grocery buying toilet paper, paper towels, etc. They provide it all plus coffe, tea, beach toys, towels, stroller, toothbrushes, laundry detergent, fabric softener, so many I cant list them all. Frank is wonderful to work with and will answer any questions you have. Even ones that are not about the condo. This place should recieve 10 stars!!

As always we enjoyed our stay. Frank makes things so easy by anticipating what you will need before you arrive. There is much convenience in staying here most everything is taken care of. The line of communication that we have prior to the vacation is great and stressfree. Truly, it seems like going to home away from home. I would recommend this to everyone! The decor is also very tasteful. The only issue we ran into is when the guest before us, think they can take everything with them, such as the toliet paper and paper towels.

We have bragged to all of our friends as to how easy, friendly, curteous and expedient Mr. Monteleone was to us. Email and phone calls were returned quickly. It was the simplest vaction planning ever. Everything you need to book, pay, bring and buy/or not buy-was spelled out in easy steps to follow. A vacation guide of how too's was provided and extremely useful. (i have been to disney myself aroud 40 times in my life and This list that was provided gave me insight I did not even know). everything you need is already at the condo.
The condo was tastefully decorated, comfortable, peaceful (even with our 2 and 1 year old) everything but food was provided (even movies). The pool was 2 steps away towels were provided in the room. The location of the condo was perfect-plenty of good restaurants(local and chains) A clean Super Target we loved best and Super Walmart. The kids had lots of fun running the halls of the condo and you could not even hear them outside-so we did not disturb our neighbors. We even had a resident frog and little lizards the kids loved to chase. "Disney??Mickey Mouse??" Who needs them..Haha.
There was not anything about our experience we would change or that we disliked. We had a wonderful time and experience-and I have to say A big part of why that is -is due to the well managed home and service provided by Mr. Frank Monteleone and his family. If I had a question he
answered and or handled it quickly.
We are already planning our return whether we acutally go to the parks or not--we will be returning to Mickey' Poolside Getaway. Thank you Kristi Shockley and The Shockley Family. 05/10/10

Everything was exactly as advertised. WE found it to be convenient, clean and very comfortable during our first sty at Disney. It was a nice place to come home to at the end of a long day with 3 small children. Our kids loved the bunk beds. We loved having 2 bathrooms and not having to share a hotel room with our kids. The kirchen allowed us to save an untotaled amount of money. Since it was so close to the park and grocery stores we only ate one meal inside the WDW park. We came home and ate as a family at the dinner table. It turned the terrible experience many first time families have into a fabulous vacation for us and our children. We may never stay in a hotel again.

It's hard to put in words the care and service we received at the Animal Kindom Disney Condo! Anything we could think of was right there for us. Frank and Lenore thought of everything! The decor was absolutely fantastic! The cleanliness could not be better! After a day at the parks it was always great to come "home" to our condo. If we had to have anything even slightly negative it would have been not having a shuttle to the parks. Other than that we would definitely recommend these condos -- and we have! You won't find anything any better!

we were a family of 2 couples and 5 kids(9 total) and there was plenty of room for everyone. the decor was great and the kitchen was fully equipt to cook family size home cooked meals. there is a publix and a walmart within 3 miles of the property which was useful when needing to pick up a few things. there is a washer and dryer which also came in handy when dealing with kids and swim suits etc.VERY CLEAN no worreis of dirty carpets, bugs etc like some budget hotels.the area is quiet and family friendly with a small size pool to cool off in of an evening.
The main reason why we went with this accomodation was price and the owner FRANK. The price when compared to budget hotels was the same or even less, but you might comprimise on quality and cleanliness and you would have no food facilities, even fridges cost extra!! so then you have the hassle of finding food after a long day at the parks.
the owner Frank in great constantly there via email or phone to answer questions or give advise. we called him at 10pm as we hads taken a wrong turn and he was more than helpful to get us where we needed to be (we were right across the street)you would not get this graet customer service with travelocity and the like. we will be staying here again when we have the recouped the energy to face the parks once more. book this property or any others with frank you will not regret it!! -

This condo was fantastic. We were in Orlando for five days and every day was jam-packed. The Animal Kingdom condo was a life saver for a quiet, comfortable place to rest up. It's very convenient to everything else you need: a great Publix store, good restaurants, drug stores...
The pool and spa are super.

I couldn't have asked for anything more, we had everything we needed for stay right at our fingertips! I would highly recommeend to friends, family, couples or anyone looking for an inexpensive way to travel, relax and enjoy yourself. We sat by the pool in the evenings after returning from the parks, or out on the deck for dinner. WOW!!! Thanks so much for making our vacation a wonderful one.

There's not enough space for me to describe my experience at the Animal Kingdom condo! Awesome, spectacular, superior, grand, quality-the list goes on! Frank & Lenore go beyond quality customer service, they treat you like you are their own personal house guest. The location of the condo is so convenient,4 miles from WDW but yet out of the crazy commercial area of Rt. 192. When you stay at the Animal Kingdom condo, all you need to bring are your clothes then just make a stop at the SuperTarget down the way to pick up some groceries! It's true in the description of the amenities,coffee, tea, health/beauty products, etc. are all provided,don't even pack your blow dryer, there's one for your use! They have thought of everything, it's better than staying in a 5 star resort! The pool/hot tub areas are great, and the people that are residents of the complex welcome you and are friendly. There's nothing better than coming home from a day of sightseeing and being able to sit back in a comfy chair with a glass of wine and relax! It's great not being "stuck" in a hotel room with just beds to sit on,with the condo you have the option of the living room, dining area, bedrooms or deck to sit at, plus having more than one television makes life a lot easier! When I tell family/friends about the condo's decor, items provided, etc., they are amazed at the nightly rate, and always ask for the contact information! Recently I stayed at a rental property in St. Pete Beach,all I am going to say is that the owners of that property need to take lessons from Frank & Lenore on customer service! I'm spoiled, only want to stay at a Monteleone owned property! They need to expand their locations! I have absolutely no hesitation in referring/recommending anyone to stay at this or any of the other Monteleone owned condos and have done so and those people feel the same as I do. So rent from the Monteleone's without hesitation, and I guarantee you'll be thrilled that you did! ENJOY!

My family of 4, as well as my mother, took our first trip to Disney last June, after a friend suggested Frank's condos. The whole reservation experience was pleasant and easy, and we were helped the whole way. Check in was easy as could be.
The condo was amazing! Just as described in the pictures. We could not believe we were living in such an awesome condo for the price we paid. We really felt lucky. It had every comfort of home. Anything we may have forgotten was available, and it was nice to have separate bedrooms for privacy, as well as a nice living space. It was just perfect for the 5 of us. Pools were easy to access nearby, and even pool toys and beach towels were available for use.
Frank sent tons of helpful information to us that aided us tremendously in saving money and getting around at Disney. I have referred many people to him when they plan their Disney trip. We will definitely stay in one of Frank's very special condos on our next trip! His kindness and honesty made this experience one that shows how much he cares about his clients. -

We wanted to create memories with our children rather than give gifts that needed batteries or were returned the next day. We succeeded and our home was truly a home away from home. We came home exhausted every day and it was nice to have a place to come to that felt like we were home. It was clean, well cared for and tastefully decorated. We loved the kindness shown to us by the owners and felt that if we had a problem, it would be promptly take care of. We didn't have any problems though, we had such a great time, the games in the home, the comfortable beds, everything was perfect. Would we stay here again...absolutely!
