The master bed is separated from the other bedrooms includes a queen-sized bed, TV with cable and a walk-in closet and full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a walk-in closet. The 3rd bedroom has sleeping arrangements consisting of twin beds. We loved the location so close and easy access to all of the Disney parks. The home was great also with plenty of space and all of the items needed to make our stay enjoyable. The home owner was also very helpful and made the process as easy as possible!

It was our first time with the kids (5&7 yrs) in Florida The location was perfect to visit Walt Disney, we were able to rest at home and go back to the parks. The Windsor Palm's resort is very well maintained with a great service. The lady at the security gate is so nice, we felt at home!
I would definitely go back and rent the same house, nothing is missing in this house. The owner, Ron is very kind and helpfull. Couldn't ask better! Thank you very much! -

It was nice to come back to the townhouse after a busy day and not have peoeple screaming in the hallways and bothing our kids that were sleeping. There were some issues though. We paid extra for heating of the pool because we had young children and it was by far not heated; therefore, our kids did not want to swim. The dryer would not dry no matter how small the load. We were late checking out becuase it was taking the dryer so long to dry and the maid was very rude to us because of it. There seem to be a lot of bugs in the house so I would suggest more frequent pest control. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable stay.

The area was nice. My only complaint is we were with a group of families and asked to be placed close. Upon arrival we were all over. Couldn't walk to see each other. There were several empty units on our street. Other than that it was clean, quite, and a nice place to stay while visiting Disney.

We recently stayed in a three bedroom townhome in Windsor Palms. It was spacious and immaculate. The full kitchen was great to have so we could enjoy breakfast and lunch "at home" if we wanted. The beds were unbelievably comfortable and the proximity to the Disney Parks was perfect! It was great to have our own splash pool for a quick dip in the morning or at night but we also enjoyed the large, well-kept pool near the clubhouse. Overall, an excellent value for a fantastic rental!

We were very pleased with the vacation rental. We rented a three bedroom townhouse and it was very spacious. We have 4 children and we felt as though we had plenty of room for us and all of our children. Not only did we have 3 bedrooms, there was a full bathroom in every bedroom. I was able to do a load of laundry each day. Everything was clean from the beds, to the floors, to even the smallest detail like the coffee maker. We would definitely recommend to anyone considering a trip to Disney. It was very close to the Disney Entrance. Check-in was easy. Check-out was just as easy. It was smooth from start to finish.

The townhouse was very comfortable and relaxing after a long day at the parks. The splash pool was perfect for our 7yr old to enjoy with his cousin. The location was in a quiet nice neighborhood but very close to all of the parks and shopping outlets.

Windsor Palms is a great place to stay. Very close to Disney and other attractions. The complex is clean and well kept with many great amenities. The clubhouse/pool was a definite plus for our teenaged kids. We would definitely stay again!

The condo was exactly as advertised, with features that appealed to both adults and children. It was easy to get to, in a safe family-friendly area, and close to Disney, restaurants, grocery.

Nice unit with plenty of space for our group of 5. Bring your own shower gels & toiletries. If you spend much time here, you will also likely need more paper goods: paper towels, toilet paper, etc. The clubhouse offers extra activities. It was unusually cold during our visit, so we were not able to use the pool.

Traveling with two small children is hectic. It was wonderful to arrive at this home after a horriffic day of traveling. The home is very inviting. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Being in a gated community was an extra bonus that made us feel very safe. The four bedrooms were more than we needed, but it was great because some family from the area was able to come and visit while we were there. Anytime we return to Florida we hope to stay in this home.

This was the first time we had rented a house, and it was great. It was so nice to feel at home away from home. The greatest benefit when traveling with many family members is having your own space, while still being together, which you can not accomplish in a hotel. The pool was another huge benefit with the kids, after a long day it was nice to relax and swim. The ability to eat at home, and not have to eat out every meal was another great benefit. The 1 issue we did have was with the BBQ grill rental. It was not delivered until 2 days into our rental, and the rental office was very unhelpful in helping us rectify the situation. When I asked what my next step should be, they just ignored my questions, insisting it would be delivered that day. 2 days later the grill arrived. Made it difficult when we had bought groceries to cook dionner on a grill we did not have. Very frustrating.

Windsor Palms provided a perfect base. It is very close to Disney but sufficiently removed to encourage visiting other attractions that are off the beaten route. We went to Kennedy Space Centre, Gatorland, Boggy Creek airboats, Fantasy of Flight, Bok Tower Gardens, Mount Dora and sailing at St Pete. These would all have been missed had we stayed in the Disney Resort.

Quick service and close to Disney. Nice home. It could be improved by moving the registration office closer to the rental homes. Great value for the money. We had problems with the garbage disposal not working and the hot tub not getting above 86 degrees. Overall, I would recommend to friends and we will return.

This was by far the best vacation ever. The house was super clean. my husband actually loved it and started joking around about switching our house with this house because of how much he loved it. It was furnished nicely. everything we needed was available. I loved the pool, it was the best part after a long day of walking at the attraction parks. my only comment is that the pool might have needed a little more cleaning and attention. but everything else was fantastic. If I ever think of coming back to Florida this is definitely where I will stay and I will refer everybody to go there. Actually I already did.

We had a total of 10 (family, extended family) of us in a 4 bedroom Windsor Palms house. It was very close to Disney, as promised. The house was wonderful. The pool on site was great for our 4 boys ages 5-9. It was great to let them swim without heading out to the public pool. A TV in every room was a real plus. We used the kitchen for breakfast and dinner every day and spent the days at the theme parks. The only frustrating factor was the kitchen. It was stocked well with plates, cups, utensils, but not very well stocked with cooking supplies for 10, the capacity of the house. I was glad I had taken some large pots, pans but was lacking basic things like a cutting board. We improvised and overall, had a super time. I'd definitely rent this house for Disney again. We could be in the parks in 10-15 mins. and after speaking with folks in Disney resorts, that is apparently quicker than they could get the bus into the parks. Wonderful trip, wonderful house.

My family and I, was so please with Palm Tree Vacation Rental...My two daughters love the kids room, it had everything to keep them occupied through out the whole stay, toys, books, and games...oh and the love the movie collections along with the Disney pictures on the wall...
My husband & I thought our room was excellent and great view...
So overall in the future, we will for sure come back...
