We stayed at the Legacy Dunes for a month. We had a great time. Only thing we had was that the pool was closed for a week for maintenance. The condo we stayed in is beautiful. Has everything you would ever need.

We stayed in this condo over Spring Break 2013. Everything was in good working order. The unit was clean and well mainatained. It was everything as advertised in the pictures that we saw.
The unit has wifi, cable, DVD player (along with a selection of Dvd's to watch) along with Tv's in each bedroom. The unit has two large walk-in closets with ample storage space and quite a few hangers. There is also a washer and dryer, which we did not use but was nice to have.
This unit is a 10 minute drive to Disney (with traffic) and about 30 minutes to Universal so it is close to the major attractions. There are plenty of restaurants close by, a gas station right at the entrance, and many places to get groceries including Walmart and Target.
Overall, a great experience and I would not hesitate to rent this unit again or to recommend it to my friends. -

We rented this condo for two weeks and it was great. We wish we rented it for a longer period. Everything needed was there. It is excellently located, especially for Disney parks. There is a nice tennis court, pool and fitness area. The only downside was the pool not being heated.
It is a second floor unit, so someone with mobility problems would have problems. -

We stayed at this condo Oct 13 to Oct 23. This property was very clean and comfortable and we felt at home. Everything we needed was provided for us. It was great that wi-fi and long distance calling was included. The location was very convenient to the amusement parks, shopping and dining.
We will definitely recommend to our family and friends and will not hesitate to book again. -

When we arrived late in the day of the first day, we still had no problems getting access to the property. The place was clean and comfortable and ready right away, save for having to buy groceries to stock the kitchen. The furniture was comfortable and functional. Having a TV in each of the bedrooms was fantastic, as the kids could watch whatever they wanted without dominating the living room.
The complex's pool was a hit with the whole family and the daily garbage pick up was convenient. The laundry appliances are dated but functional. We had several meals out on the patio which was private and screened in, which was greatly appreciated.
Being only 5-10 minutes from Disney was great after a long day at the parks and it is only roughly half an hour from Universal Studios via I-4. Plenty of restaurants along Us-192 and easy access to the interstate and Florida Turnpike. Very convenient for doing all the touristy things in the area (it only took us a couple hours drive to head to the Gulf Coast for the beaches).
Overall, the condo was very comfortable for a family of four. It's in a great location and the complex is well equipped. The included wi-fi was a great perk as well. Our only issue was that the appliances and some of the cookware was a little dated and could stand upgrading. Everything was functional, but is starting to show its age. -

The condo had a very homey feel. It was nice to come and chill after coming back from Disney. We cooked dinner a couple of nights. Huge walk in closets in both of the bedrooms. Big bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved it and we will most def. be booking again and letting all our friends and family know about it.

The condo was well equipped, clean and in very good condition. Wishes were fullfilled immediately from the owner and the service was great. The location was very good, close to the parks and easy to find. The resort and the pool was luxury, quiet and very clean. We had a nice view to the little lake behind the condo. I would prefer to stay there again instead of stay in an hotel as it was very comfortable.

Having 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms for such a reasonable price for a family a four was priceless. This was much better than staying in a hotel room for one week. We were centrally located to everywhere we wanted to visit. The layout was spacious. We loved having a full sized washer and dryer in the condo

Had a very great time, condo is very close to the Disney parks. Even with a hurricane that went across Orlando we still had a great time. It was nice just to sit and relax in the condo. It was also just a short drive to space coast and coco beach. Will tell friends about the great time and great place to stay.

The high point of our trip was where we stayed. This was, by far, the best accommodations we have had in Florida. If it weren"t for the heat, this would have been a great vacation. It was quiet, close to everything, and the condo had everything we needed.

This is only the second time we have rented a condo vacation home. We felt right at home! The condo was bright and cheerful. Everything we needed for a week's stay was provided. We had a little problem initially getting in the gate, but a phone call to the very accommodating owner was all it took. We were centrally located to several golf courses and our friends staying in the area. Edward Nand was very gracious from beginning to end of the rental process.

Cannot falt this apartment one bit. Booking ws easy, we dealt with Edward directly who was very friendly and helpful answering all or questions quickly.
The apartment is in a great location quite literally 10 mins drive from all Disney parks and 15-20 mins from universal, wet and wild, seaworld etc. On arrival we walked into the apartment and found it fully equipped with washer/dryer, towels, bed linen, hairdryers in both bathrooms, iron and ironing board.. Plenty of dvd's if you wanted a quite night in.. not that we had time.. received a courtesy phonecall 10 minutes after arriving.. the whole stay, apartment and holiday was fantastic and we would highly recommend this to anyone and will hopefully be returning just as soon as we caneye -

We stayed at the Legacy Dunes condo between July 8 -18. We found the condo warm and cozy. The Condo was a perfect place to come back to and relax, after long exhausting days at the Disney parks. It was very well equipped and maintained. The kids enjoyed the sport center and pool.
We will warmly recommend the condo, and check its availability on our next trip to Orlando.

We had a two week stay at Legacy Dunes and we had no complaints. The owners were very accommodating in us starting mid week. The condo was clean,spacious and well equipped {with the owner bringing a George Foreman grill round as weather was changable for Bbqing}.The owners also rang us on the first evening just to make sure that we had got in OK and if there was anything that we needed. The pool was refreshing after a long day at the attractions,with plenty of space to relax.
The condo was in a good position as it is far enough from the main highway not to hear it but close enough to get to all the attractions and food stores. -

Was a little skeptical about booking a place by pictures, but the pictures don't do it justice. It was so clean and had everything you would need. It was a beautiful place and close to everything. Will definitely tell my friends and family and be back again :)

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in condo #2-202. The condo was an open concept (which made it feel large) and it was very clean. The complex was also clean and had all the amenities one could want. The location was 15 min from Disney World and easy access to major highways. We suggested a few minor things that we felt would improve our stay to the owner. He indicated they would make these adjustments. We hope to return next year.

we found the condo very comfortable, practiable, it has everything you need including a nice patio to sit outside and either relax after a long day visiting the Disney sites and or enjoy your meals while sitting outside over looking a pond. Has a large screen TV with lots of movies. the best is that you are just minutes away from resturants and all the Disney sites. We wil certainly be back !

The grounds really clean & well maintained/Gated

just like a high end hotel suite,with all the amenity.

I went to Florida with my husband and 5 year granddaughter. The condo was sparkling clean, big, comfortable and very welcoming. The next week our daughter came with our 1 year old grandson. We still had so much room.
This is one of our best holidays yet. We would not have to think twice before renting this condo again.
