This condo is the perfect place to come home to after a long day at the Disney World parks or numerous other attractions in the area. It is equipped with CENTRAL HEAT and AIR CONDITIONING for your comfort. Also, it is a NON-SMOKING unit as well.

There is a king size bed in the master bedroom with a full private bathroom, a queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom, 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom, and a 2nd full bath in the hall. Each bedroom has its own cable TV. No fighting for your favorite TV programs here.

The living room has a sofa that converts to a queen size bed. There is a 27" cable TV and VCR, DVD or both as well.

All the ap...pliances in the fully equipped kitchen are full size. You can either make a snack, heat up any left-overs or cook a full meal. You have choices.

There is even a full size washer & dryer in the condo for your convenience. No dirty cloths to take home.

All local calls are free & unlimited. We also include free unlimited long distance & international calls (select months.... all other months available for a small one-time fee).

On those warm Florida evenings,which we are famous for, you can stroll over & slip into the warm heated pool or bubbling spa to relax under the stars.

Located off Hwy 192 & Lindfields Blvd.
Only 4 miles to Disney Parks, which include Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Studios, & Animal Kingdom.

Sea World, Discovery Cove, Universal Studios, & Islands of Adventure are just 15 to 20 minutes. Golf, groceries, shopping, & restaurants are within 1 to 2 miles. Only 50 minutes to Daytona Beach & 80 minutes to St. Pete, Clearwater, & the Gulf Beaches.

A reservation deposit of $100.00 will hold your vacation dates. The full balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your arrival.
All rates shown are in U.S dollars and are subject to change without notice.
On stays of 4 nights or less, a one time clean fee of $60 will be added
We welcome all SNOW BIRDS, CORPORATE RENTALS and longer stays.....
On STAYS OF 28 NIGHTS OR LONGER, the rate is only $60 per night plus 13% sales tax.
