We are conveniently located at 2.5 miles (4 kms) from the gates of Disney World. There are plenty of restaurants and golf courses around. You will also find dozens of Disney memorabilia shops nearby.

Great play to stay! Close to Disney, gated community, nice 3 bedroom condo. Very clean and secure. Owner was excellent to work with and kept us informed. Would highly recommend staying here.
Even during holiday time, traffic wasn't bad. There is a Target and grocery store close by to pick up trash bags, paper towels, food. The kitchen is stocked with plates, cups, flatware, pots and pans. Having a washer and dryer made this place perfect! Do bring dish washer soap and laundry soap. Tons of restaurants just down the road.
Sheets and towels that were provided were clean and looked new. Place was quiet and peaceful, except for new years eve when there was fireworks going off at midnight from the guests across the street- we had a baby with us. Guess they didn't get the quiet hours notice. Never went to the club house. All the furniture looked new, there were a few marks on the walls, from suitcases and minor bumps, but no big deal. Ac & heat worked fine - we needed both during our Dec. visit. Parking is close to stairs.
It is 38 steps to the 3rd floor - no elevator -but we knew this. This place is very close to the parks, you don't have to get on I-4 or toll roads. Hint - Turn Right on Livingston for a short cut when going to the parks.
Bring some movies, DVD or Blue ray. Cable has most channels. There is a TV in every bedroom and main room.
Would stay here again!! -

We stayed in this fantastic condo for three weeks this summer. The property owner was excellent about communication and making sure we enjoyed our stay. The beds are very comfortable, memory foam. So many other places we have stayed had uncomfortable beds and after a long day at the theme parks you need a good night's sleep! The unit was clean upon our arrival and the location is very convenient. You can't beat the size, location, and amenities of this property for the money!

Condo was very nice and spacious and exactly as shown online. Club house had lots of facilities and the pool was great. The location is also great, close to Disney and many other attractions. Rental car is a must.

We enjoyed the stay at the condo at Windsor Palms. The condo was very clean and located close to all the attractions we wanted to see in Orlando. The condo was very well maintained, spacious and met all our needs. It looks a lot bigger than the pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed. It is close to grocery stores and other necessities. The beds and couches are very comfy specially needed after a long day trip at Disney World.I would definitely recommend this to all my friends.

We stayed at Windsor Palms from 23 Dec to 27 Dec 2011. The apartment was exactly as we had expected and seen from the photos. The apartment was bigger than we had expected and it was located really close to all the theme parks. Although it should be noted that there was no elevator at the building and the apartment was on the 3rd floor, so be prepared for the climb. I will definitely recommend this place to families traveling to Orlando to visit all the theme parks.

We stayed three nights at this condo after being in a hotel room for four nights before here we loved having the extra space to spread out!! The condo shows signs of wear just based on use, but nothing that would change my recommendation of this location. The clubhouse/pool were within walking distance and were enjoyed by all. We had to call service to fix the stovetop and slow-draining sink and these were not fixed prior to us leaving (which were only minor inconveniences). Overall, worth the money and I would recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The condo was very clean and conveniently located to all Disney attractions, airport, etc. The community was very clean and well kept, and our children enjoyed taking an occasional break in the movie theater. I would highly recommend this condo.

I completely enjoyed my stay at this condo and would definitely stay there again. We found the condo to be spacious and clean and we had plenty of room to enjoy ourselves. The kitchen is very well stocked and towels and bed linens were also provided. They have a beautiful clubhouse and pool and are located very close to all of the attractions. I would definitely recommend this condo. Great price and great location.

I read the reviews on this condo and they were great, but the fact is there are lots of slippery people out there who doctor those things so they have to be taken with salt. Not so here. Everything you see in the pictures and in the description is spot on. I enjoyed every day of the stay and was quite disappointed to leave. The location alone is just a relaxing setting, so even if you choose not go anywhere outside of the community you are sure to have to you will come back refreshed. If you do decided to go out, everything is within reach. Whether its dining or Disnep or shopping you are within reach. Trust me you will Love It!!

My friend and I brought our daughters to Orlando. The condo was perfect because we each had our own room (nice for some alone time). The girls loved their twin beds and tv! The pool was great--we spent a lot of time there--just a short walk from the condo. Kitchen had utensils we needed for cooking our own meals--saved a lot of money that way. You will have to buy toilet paper, salt, sugar, etc. but stores aren't too far away. Very private and quiet!

our stay was excellent. The condo was surprisingly spacious and clean. Great location too, just munuts to Disney. My kids loved the Disney touches in the condo. Check-in and check-out were very convinent because we arrived late and left early.

We thoroughly enjoyed our March vacation in Orlando and were very pleased with our accommodations. Close to shopping, attractions and restaurants. The pool was terrific for swimmers and sunbathers.
The condo provided lots of space and the kitchen facilities were excellent. -

The updates are impeccable, there is a TV in every room and a flatscreen , A Blue Ray player too with video and books if you forgot them, there is a convinience store in the complex that was very handy as well.
