Terms for Booking the Condominium
Booking Deposit: This deposit is part of the total rental amount. An upfront payment of approximately 25% of the total amount is required to book and hold the property for you. The remaining rental amount will become payable on or before 45 days from check in date. The deposit is refundable in full (less 4% credit card service charges) on cancellation up to 60 days prior to check in date.
Full Payment: A non-refundable full rental amount becomes payable about 45 days prior to check in date.
Security Deposit: This deposit is a security against any damage to or loss of property due to accidents or any other cause during your tenancy. A security deposit is required to complete the booking of our property. This deposit can be made in the form of cash ($350) or by providing information of a major credit card (MasterCard, VISA or Discover) in lieu of cash. The cash amount or the credit card information will be used solely to recover the expenses incurred in repairing or replacing any damage or loss. Please note that the deposit will be refunded with in 10 days of your check out after verification of condition of the property by the management.

Short stay but pleasant
It was a short stay (only a couple days) but very nice. It was clean and the location was very convenient to restaurants, shopping and close to Disney World. However, I would like to mention the twin bedroom needed more than a nightstand for any extended stay. There was no dresser or anything to put things on. Everything had to be on the floor. All other rooms were very nice. Other than that and the beginning of lovebug season, which the condo has no control over, it was a very pleasant stay.
The condo was clean and pleasant. It was well furnished. The only problem was not having enough toilet paper to hold us over until we could get to the store in the morning.
Excellent Value, super cozy, great location!
This place was excellent. The location is ideal, close to all main attractions. The place has everything you need for a spectacular value!
