Our home has everything needed for your stay including, WiFi, Fully stocked kitchen, Washer/Dryer as well as all towels and linens are provided for you. Our Condo is in a Resort Community with 2 Resort Style Pools, Tiki Bar, Fitness Center, Game Room & Clubhouse. Our family of four with a 5 year old daughter & 18 year old son. Plenty of room for all of us, wife gets the master bedroom, I get the lounge, son gets the second room and daughter gets the Walk In Robe as her playground. Wifi all over the house. Get to cook food we brought from asia when bored with the local staff as the kitchen fully provided for. Could have brought less clothing as we could do laundry with the huge washing machine and dryer. Parked right in front of the building thus not much walking at all. Disney or Universal studio within half hour and you find all that you ever need on Highway 192 which is the main road used to get in and out of this place. Feels very safe with the security and locked gate. We loved it & will choose this place if we are to go Orlando again in the future!

Our trip was a combination of aniversity (25), Christmas, and Birthdays. The condo was wonderful, and beautiful, and the lake addition just tiped it off. I have been referring guest to to Lowery's Vacation Homes, and telling them how wonderful it is. We enjoyed enjoyed our trip to the highest, the location was super convient,and we will be returning real soon. The ladies at Lowery's Vacation Homes were great especially Bibi.

Lowery USa who manage this rental were both efficient and very helpful in the service they provided - second time using them.
The home was totally clean and very well stocked in terms of furniture, appliances, linen, kitchen and laundry wares.
Be careful, in the us what we cal the ground floor, they call the first floor, so had mistakenly being expecting the rental not to be on the ground floor. Otherwise overall a relatively well maintained gated location. There was, however a point where the gates remained open for an entire weekend, which was a little worrying, as I had specifically looked for a gated location, to feel safe with the family. The amenities were okay a useable swimming pool, but not the playground which appeared to have had better days. Did not have a look at the basketball court, but the tennis one seemed good. The key which was in the rental to access the amenities, did not open the door for the clubhouse.
Probably what was the best about this rental was that it did what you would expect, clean, fully stocked, etc. What I liked least about it was that the location felt a bit like a 'block of flats' in the 'estate' sense of the word.
Otherwise I would have no qualms about recommending the services of Lowery USa -

My experience with Lowery's Vacation Homes was a memorable one. One that I would never forget. The home was to our satisfaction, and the facility was well secured. We didn't had to worry about uninvited guest, except for the frogs that decided to visit us once in a while. The condo was fully equiped and we were satisfied with our accomodations. I would higly recommended this home to our friends and families and anyone whose looking for a beautiful vacation home. And am sure we'll be visting Kissimmee again and will booked with Lowery's.

The service we've got was great. Rented this home was one of the best things we've done in this trip. Our kids were happy with their own room. All the amenities worked properly. Location was ideal to go to all parks.

This Was The First Time For Us To Stay at a Vacation Rental, And We Found It Much Better Than Staying at Hotels. Everything Was as Described and as The Pictures Show. Excellent Propperty, Amazing View, Clean and Tidy, All What Is Required To Stay away. Furniture Looks Like New and appliances Too. Wifi Internet Very Fast and Easy. Instruction Package When We arrived Very Eas To Understand. Directions Very Clear. We Will Stay again For Sure.

Overall we liked the cleanliness of the condo. The grounds were well maintained and there was enough space for our family. However, we found the lighting to be a little dim and there were a few things that were in need of repair. I also feel that the Duvet in the Master bedroom should be cleaned each time between guests and it was obviously not, as there were some spills on it. The mid clean was excellent. Another small annoyance was that the whole condo unit was being painted and we had to be incovienced sevaral times during our stay to move patio furniture etc.

Visited Disney with my 2 young children and this place was perfect for our needs. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds which was great for the kids. Went to the pool a few times. Not fancy but was fine for what we needed. Ride to Disney took about 20 minutes to get into the parking lot. I would go again.

This was a short trip we did with my husband and 3 year old son. I chose this unit, hoping the photos would be close to the real thing, having been disappointed many times by them in other rentals. I couldn´t believe how nice it was. The decoration was lovely, everything (from the linens to the home appliances) was from a very good quality and very complete. The place was immaculately clean, you couldn´t tell if anybody else had ever been there before.
It is a very tranquil place and the swimming pool is perfectly designed for small children.
I would recommend this place to anybody, we will definitely come back next year. It has exceded, by far, our expectations.
