All rates are per property and not per person. As soon as final payment is made directions and
key/alarm code will be forwarded by email.
We do not charge a refundable security deposit. In lieu of this we charge a one off fee of $45 for
accidental damage waiver insurance which covers you for up to $1500.
Final quote depends on several factors;
e.g. dates of stay, length of stay, early booking discount, last minute discount, repeat guest
specials etc.
Please contact us for our latest rates and deals, including discounted stays of over one month.
You will receive a $25 restaurant gift card for booking online - (link will be sent with free quote)
We can also offer you travel Insurance through TravelGuard. The premium is 7% of your booking total.
This cover is optional but recommended.

just $70, excellent piece of mind for travelers.
Cleaning fee applies for stays of less than 7 nights.
Payment can be made by check, PayPal and all major credit cards.

Our rental condo was perfect for our family of 6. Plenty of space, washer and dryer just perfect, and a kitchen for what we needed. All the employees we met or spoke with were friendly and polite. They answered our questions and gave us their time. The grounds, pool, condo..were clean, and well taken care of. The location was perfect. We knew the back roads to the parks and it was under 10 minutes to every thing we needed. It was a fantastic week for our family.
