The home was neat and clean, with everything we needed to make our trip comfortable. The kitchen came fully equipped with dishes, utensils, and other cookware. This helped us save quite a lot money we might have spent eating out. We really enjoyed having Wi-Fi and cable. The washer and dryer were great to have. The location was also great. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The fact that it was a gated community gave an added bit of security. We never had any problems with the neighbors. It was only a short 5 minute drive into town. Since we were there mainly to visit the Disney and Universal Studios theme parks it was convenient since it was only a little more than 20 minutes from each park. Separate trash and recycling dumpsters were an added bonus. We loved the keyless entry. There was a slight inconvenience the first day of our visit with the air conditioning, but we spoke to the home owners and the problem was promptly taken care of. The Olson's were very nice people to deal with. Any questions or concerns we had were responded to quickly. They were even nice enough to return some recipes we had accidentally left behind. All things considered, the home was a great place to stay and it was worth every penny. We would definitely stay there again!

The townhouse was great! It was so spacious. There were 5 of us and we didn't feel crowded at all. The location was also great. The townhome was only a few minutes away from the parks. It was so much better than staying at a hotel. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. It's the best and most spacious place we've ever stayed in!

My family came across this townhome and were hesitant because we have never gone this route before, only stayed at hotels. I can tell you, I will never stay in a hotel again while visiting this area in Florida. As long as the Olson's have their home for rent, that's where we will be staying!! They were so easy to work with, very prompt with any answers to our questions, just wonderful to work with. The home was clean and spacious and we didn't want to leave!! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!! Hope to stay again soon!!

Great place. I hope to stay here again next year if I do end up in this area of florida. Clean, nice, much cheaper than staying at a hotel. In a decent area. Nice bedrooms, baths, and beds. Kitchen, living room etc are all clean. Only had two very minor issues, I wish there were more spaces than a 2 car parking space. You can def fit 3 cars in the space if two are compact, but the neighborhood association does not allow street parking, so make sure you arrange for extra parking if you have 3 or more cars that are bigger than compact. We eventually did not have a problem, because we fit 3 cars into the space, but it def made me nervous and scared that I was going to get towed. I also undestand that the signs around the home are there to warn us about things, but I felt like the signs were worded in a patronizing way. Overall, I would def stay here with my family or with a group of friends if you are going to be in the Kissimmee area.

We booked a townhome with Olson Florida Homes and couldn't be happier with the service they gave us. We experienced wonderful communication, thorough answers to all our questions, a professional attitude and personal service throughout our transaction, Unfortunately we had to cancel our trip for family reasons, and therefore can not comment on the townhome itself (we replaced "Date of Stay" with today's date). However, our experience working with the Olsons was so positive that we wanted to submit these comments for others to know about an excellent find.

If I could rate this townhome a 20 I would, the place was great. The owner thought of everything. Everything from the smallest details was supplied. The house itself was super clean, even the carpet. I never wanted to leave. The drive was only about 15 minutes to the front gate of Disney. I can not say anything bad. Thanks so much, the Ohio girls

The home is absolutely perfect...very close to all the attractions, 10-15 mins to the Magic Kingdom...20-25 mins. to universal...home had all the room we needed, very comfy sofas,...bedrooms were spacious and beds very comfortable...had everything we needed...highly recommended !

We decided at the last minute to stay away from all of the touristy places and away from all of the madness. What a great decision it was. The Olson home was the perfect choice. Love the open format of the kitchen and living room... it was nice cooking breakfast in the kitchen while listening to the morning news. Then it was off the pool for a few hours. Most days we had the pool to ourselves or just a few others. It was a little chilly on the first day but the rest of the week it was perfect for cooling off after baking in the sun. The complex was nice and quiet with friendly neighbors. We would definitely stay here again in fact we are thinking about brining another couple with us next time. Perfect place for a relaxing get away for a couple or a family vacation home. And the price... can't beat it!

It is a great place to stay. Everything is good. It is nice and clean, two floors. The area is quiet and very friendly. We were four people, staying in Florida four 5 days, this place was a perfect choice. The price is very good, you need a rental car but I think to be free to do whatever you want to do in florida, people should rent a car. I would go back to this place anytime, I recommend this place to anyone visiting Florida.
The place was great for us to spend time and relax in Florida.
The family seems like a very nice family. It was very easy to contact them, and to do the contract with them. We were glad to have such a nice experience in Florida, and to have stayed at a great place.

We are a family of 5 with 3 kids that rented this house for a week stay. The house was very clean, nicely furnished and felt so safe. I would recommend staying here absolutely! It only took us 5 to 10 minutes to get to disney world. There are lots of great restaurants close by, target, walmart and gas stations. It is in a gated community and was in a nice area. There is a club house with a pool too. It is easy to get to the main roads from here. We went to cocoa beach and clearwater beach (about an hour to hour 1/2 drive). It was nice to have a washer and dryer so we didn't have to pack as much! Cannot say enough great things about this place!!

The townhome is very clean, comfortable and with updated decor. Lots of space for our family of five. Common pool is very nice. Short driving distances to all parks, shopping and restaurants.
We were very pleased with it. Its exactly as shown in the website photos. -

I found this rental on Craigs list. The communication between the owners and myself was consistent and cordial. I had concerns about being scammed and we addressed them right up front. The beds are really comfortable and the location is ideal. The condo was immaculate.. it really is a very nice spot. I am happy to write a glowing review. They deserve it.

The accommodations were exactly as shown in the pictures. It is a beautiful townhouse with all the amenities you need and close to all the attractions. A short drive to Disney and SeaWorld and conveniently located to grocery stores and everything else you would need.

We really enjoyed our stay, from a hassle free check in to the feel of a home away from home. The home was very nicely decorated and immaculately clean. The three bathrooms came in handy when everyone was getting ready in the mornings. We also liked that all the bedrooms had tv's as well. The gue st book and the information book with suggestions on shopping, dining, etc...was a nice personal touch. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions but just far enough away when we were ready to relax. There was plenty of dining and shopping options near the property. We will surely try to book this property next time we come to the Orlando area.

A complete vacation experience. The rental home was very close to all the attractions that the Orlando metro area has to offer. A beautiful property that is extremely well furnished with the amenitys of home.
