Our fully air conditioned 3 bed town villa is home from home. Its on two floors, the ground floor has two en-suite bedrooms both lead onto patios with table chairs and sun beds. Deposits: 25% with signed booking form, your reservation is confirmed when we bank your check/cheque. Balances are paid 8 weeks prior to your departure date.

We had a lovely time at reunion - the house had everything we needed. Resort was lovely and the gym very handy as was the pool area. Good local shops. The management company were more than helpful. It was very easy to get to disney from there. If you are a golfer it would be heaven.Perhaps a new iron would be a positive addition.

We used the apartment for a week of visiting the Orlando parks in Feb 2012. Mum, Dad, and 2 girls aged 13 and 7.
The apartment is on 2 levels, and has 3 bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom including tub and shower. Overall it is very comfortable, and reasonably spacious.
The appliances are not top-of-the-range, but everything worked fine (cooking, washing / drying clothes.) There is WiFi in the apartment , and more free WiFi around the resort.
The apartment is quiet, being set within a gated community, and feels safe.
The location is very convenient for the Orlando parks. The Disney parks are around 15 minutes' drive, and Universal around 25 minutes, all easily reached via the I4.
The Reunion resort is of a high standard. The main hotel (2 minutes' walk from the apartment) has two restaurants. One is on the top (11th) floor, and is both good quality and family-friendly. It also has a view of the Disney night-time fireworks, although in truth they are too far away to be really spectacular. There is a fine dining option on the ground floor, but we didn't use it.
Casual food is available in the golf club-house , and the Seven Eagles part of the resort has its own pool, safe and clean, and with daytime snacks available.
There is a home delivery service, but to be honest this was only average, and not especially good value.
The resort also has its own waterpark - good for younger kids, with a lazy river, and some small water slides.
We are not golfers, but the resort does appear well set-up for those who are, with 3 different courses.
There is a shopping area directly opposite the resort entrance, with a large Publix Supermarket selling good quality fresh produce.
We wanted to be near the parks, but not to stay in a Disney resort; we wanted a comfortable apartment, and not to be crammed into two rooms; and we wanted good, family-friendly local dining options. The apartment ticked all these boxes, and was reasonably priced into the bargain.
