Just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World, our three bedroom townhome is waiting for your family to come and join the fun. Our unit is located backed up to a nature preserve area for extra privacy. The condo is equipped with two and a half baths, a full kitchen, full laundry, cable TV, free wireless internet, and 8 person spa. The master suite has a queen bed and full bath with shower. Additional notes from owner
The cleaning fee applies if cleans are required during the stay. Deposit of $200 per week or any part of a week is required to secure the booking. Payment in full is required 45 days prior to the booking. Payment by paypal or credit card is preferred. Cancellations prior to 30 days prior to the booking are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations prior to 14 days prior to the booking are subject to a cancellation fee of $300 or 25% of the bill, whichever is higher. Cancellations less than 14 days prior are subject to a fee of $600 or 50% of the bill, whichever is higher. Cancellations during peak/holiday time are subject to penalty of 100% of the bill. Cancellations resulting from a life threatening situation will be dealt with individually. Because of necessary repairs, increasing costs, and upkeep, rates are subject to change without notice. Please note that this unit is nonsmoking, and we are unable to accommodate smoking guests. Thank you.
