We were able to stay in the condo we had requested and it was comfortable. Although the area is busy, it is close to Disney, shopping , restaurants and centrally located to either the ocean or the gulf.

We stayed in these condos for a week at the end of November into the beginning of December 2012. Windsor Hills was so very nice, and close to Disney. It took us less time to drive to the parks than if we would have been at a Disney resort, and took their buses. Our condo had 3 bedrooms...we thought one of our grown children might go with us, but no one did so we had an extra bedroom.Everything we needed was there and more. The price was great. My 48 year old brother who has Downs syndrome had his own bedroom (with TV) and his own bathroom. He loved it, and always wanted to go back to the "house" There were many restaurants in the area, and the Wal Mart (for groceries) was about 7 miles. Windsor Hills staff had all directions printed and ready to go for anything we needed. The pool and hot tub were also very nice, and everything was clean and neat. This is the second time we rented a place from Jim Malak, and he has always been very helpful in booking exactly what we needed.

Our condo was bright and cheerful, very clean, if a little worn by time. It is in a quiet neighborhood, close to grocery shopping and coffee. The kitchen was very well equipped. The condo was quite spacious and comfortable. We chose the condo due to price and location to theme parks, and we were not disappointed. We were there Easter spring break, and had only one night with a noisy group that was dealt with in 15 minutes. The grounds have recently been upgraded and were very nice. Jim Malak was extremely easy to work with. It's a great deal for families.

Thanks guys, me and my family had a great time at this house.
It was very comfortable and open. Clean and so close to Disney complex. The neighborhood was also nice and quiet.
Good deal and overall great experience, the house has everything you need (except for salt and sugar) but the neighbors are super friendly too; they gave us a little of both! ;o)
Jim who I dealt with to book the house was very friendly and responsive; at some point the internet went out and he made sure he called a tech to come fix it the next day.

We stayed at this vacation rental for 6 weeks while we were in transition. The location to the parks is excellent, the townhome is spacious for a family and the additional ammenities of a pool, spa, game room, tennis and sand volleyball courts was a great asset. For several events at the local parks, you get a personal fireworks show as well

It was a wonderful place to send with my family while being on vacation it felt just like home but better. The people around were very nice and everything was verry clean. My family and i loved it and we would like to go back some day.

I rented one of the 3Bed/2Bath units for my family (of five) that was coming from overseas for an entire month. The unit was clean and well equiped (keep in mind that these units are not brand new, so some of the appliances, etc are a bit older, but working). There are two pools that the kids absolutely loved. The location is great: Disney/Universal are all within minutes and there are great places to shop. This is really great value for the money. We paid a fraction of what we would have at a Disney resort. I would definitely use them again!

Why would anyone want to stay at a hotel when you can have a home away from home with full kitchen, big bedrooms with comfy beds, washer and dryer and everything you could possibly want in a vacation rental. Thank you, Jim, for making our vacation easy, hassle-free, and amazing!!!

We had a really good time in our summer vacation. The condo was clean and very well decorated.
And we love the fact how close it is to Disney. After a long day in the park it is very much appreciated.
Especially when you have everything you need in the place you stay from the toaster to the washmachine - just like home. Perfect when you travel with children.
Also the service we received from Camsun Vacations was outstanding!

This condo was an excellent choice for our business/vacation trip. We weren't too far from Disney (about 15 minutes) and that made all the difference. It was very quiet and comfortable. Condo was clean when we arrived and the cleaning lady was already there when we were ready to check out. We will certainly use them again and again.
