Description
Our executive villa at island club is one of the most sought after destination resort for families visiting the Orlando area. It has earned this reputation because it is super convenient to all of the amusement parks like Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Islands of Adventure. So close you can "See the fireworks from your own back yard".
Repeat clients(we have a lot of them since we have been renting these since1990) & monthly renters find this unit's layouts to be spacious and comfortable and very convenient to all other area businesses such as grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, gift and drug stores. There are 3 large grocery chains within a 3 mile radius to this resort. The development around this area has been phenomenal, up-scaled restaurants & shopping have come within minutes of this resort making it a prime location to be at. You will find stores like Lowe's, Walmart, Target, Dollar Tree, Ross and many more. A tremendous selection of eating place like steak houses, coffee places, Olive garden, Hooters, sweet tomatoes, Shula Burgers, Macroni Grill, Chilie's + many more.
This gated community has 2 heated pools with spas that are the favorites for our clients as they can hang around the pool and enjoy the daily activities and meet new folks and make friends. The resort also offers volleyball courts, BBQ areas, picnic tables, play ground for the children, walking trails. There is a club house which has games for the kids, video arcade, Free Wi-Fi internet at the club house, and a good size work out facilities to burn those few extra pounds.
Community offer's a lush tropical Florida setting. This make you feel every bit Florida and truly offers a "home away from home" feeling. Enjoy the seasonal flowers, manicured lawns and streets lined with palm trees.
UNIT FURNISHED TO PERFECTION:
We have every upgrade & conveniences in this unit to make it a memorable & comfortable place to stay at. The large living room is tiled, large screen TV(flat panel) and additional TV'S in the bedrooms have been added. Master bedroom comes with a king size bed, walk in closet, private bath, TV in the bedroom and your own private balcony or deck. Second bedroom offers a queen bed- ideal for a second couple. Additional 3rd. bedroom is outfitted for the kids with 2 Twin beds. We can comfortably sleep a large or extended family of up to 2- 6 people.
Living room with entertainment center, just a place to relax, hang out, catch a movie or check up on the news. The finest quality of furnishings and comfort are assured in these very tastefully decorated model home type accommodations.
A fully equipped gourmet kitchen at your disposal. Cook an entire meal for family or friends, or invite folks over for a 5 course dinner, the choice is yours!! Dining area can seat 6 people. We provide you with everything you will ever need and then some......Over a period of years, we have furnished and equipped this unit to the standards where you will just about have everything you can need when vacationing. So just pack your personal belongings and the rest of it is taken care of for you including ironing boards, hair dryers, DVD players. Response from the owner Just for clarification. The lights above the dining table is on a dimmer switch, all that needed to be done was adjust the switch. Some people traveling from abroad may not be used to this. Also, a couple of the lights you mention were just UN-pluged from the power and all that needed to be done was plug these in . We found that the the previous guest had removed the batteries from the remote, but the TV still worked.
