We stayed here for 3 weeks in March 2013. Second visit and second time booking with Tony. Everything was take care of efficiently by Tony, he always answers emails quickly. We were in building 32 with a great pool, not far from the lobby, and a quick walk to Dunes Lagoon as well. Condo was great for our family of 5, pleny of space and super clean! Upgraded bedding is improved from last year, love the washer and dryer next to the kitchen. Shuttle service to parks was great, husband took advantage of the driving range, golf course was nice but a bit expensive compared to others in the area. Enjoyed happy hour specials at the restaurant, and pina coladas at the Lagoon pool. All in all we had a great stay, comfortable, clean, great location for all parks and shopping! Would recommend to anybody!

We stayed at one of these apartments with 2teenagers it was beautifully furnished and well appointed. My other half said he needed a compass to find me in the enormous bed in the master suit. We were woken several times during one night when the fire alarm went off there is no chance you could sleep through that with the noise and flashing lights in the apartment. Quite a sight seeing a fire engine scream down the drive . The pools are beautiful .the only thing is the apartments are quite some way from the main road so if your without a car then you need to organize transport to get off site. If your there just to chill then your in the perfect place especially if you love golf. Being a non golfer it did not intrude on our holiday though. Recommended you do shopping before you get to site if possible but there is a pizza delivery and a shopping pack available to order before you get there something to consider if you land late .

Planning my stay in Orlando for my vacation in March 2012 in Orlando and I had chance to work with Tony who was very prompt and professional in assiting me to secure Mystic dunes. Dealing with Tony is easy and fast. The place in Mystic Dunes is reasonably priced . I had a 2 bedroom condo with 2 bath and large living ,dining and with complete kitchen and good space for the family. We felt like home away from home .Mystic Dunes is very clean , safe and the counter and the resort staff are friendly and efficent.The location is excellent like less than 10 minutes drive to Publix and Target for groceries shopping. 10 minutes drive to Disney, 15 minutes to Universal and Seaworld .Factory outlets are less than 15 minutes drive.
I will definetely recommend my family and friends to Mystic Dunes if they are staying in Orlando.

We had such a relaxing 11 days at this resort, my husband and I have a 7, 5 and 1 year old and they had a blast, they absolutely loved the pool, the mini put and the water slide! Our condo was amazing, super clean and the staff were sooo friendly and helpful. We were so close to all of the theme parks which made it easy to come and go as we pleased. Dealing with Tony was so simple and he was really helpful we can't wait to go back. Thanks again Tony for such a memorable trip!

My family and I stayed here for a week March 10 to 17, 2012. What sold me to try this place was , dealing with Tony which was great, he was very quick in getting back to me , and setting up our stay at the last minute. The resort was great , very clean, and the room was beyond belief. We will be using Tony again. I will be recommending him to my friends The pool with the waterfall is great for little ones as it starts out very shallow, The condo itself was great, very spacious, and had everything we needed. We stayed for 2 weeks from 3/17 - 3/31/12. The 2 bedroom unit was huge and newly remodeled. The staff was very efficient and concerned about our stay. Mr. Aramouni was very good to deal with and made every effort to ensure we had a good stay. The area around Mystic Dunes is very quiet and yet just a few miles down the road is Disney and a host of restaurants and shops. Great location!!!

I worked withTony aramouni in renting a 2 bedroom condo...wow what an easy transaction and Tony was so helpful and quick with correspondence. Mystic Dunes is a beautiful resort and the pools were amazing! I have stayed in several resorts in the Orlando area but will come back and work with Tony every time we come to the area! every person that we came into contact with with was very friendly and helpful if we had questions. Tony armouni was wonderful to work with. he responded quickly and did follow-up to ensure all was well. When we first arirved our uit was not cleaned from previous occupants. We contacted the front desk and was promptly placed in another unit that was actually more updated than the original.
The resort is undergoing some updates to their units. We found our unit partially updated with very comfortable new beds. Furnishings and kitchen updates are slated to be done.
The resort is nice a quiet compared to I drive/rte 192, but very close to theme parks. The golf course and club house were beautiful.
Because this is a timeshare resort they will ask you to participate in a sales pitch, which we did just to learn about Diamond resorts. Not too high pressure.
Would definitely work with Tony again. -

We stayed here for a week March 3 to 10, 2012. First of all, dealing with Tony was great, he was very quick in replying to my questions, and setting up our stay at the last minute. The resort was great, very clean, friendly staff, close to everything you could need. We stayed at 3 different condo/timeshares in the Orlando area during in February and March and Mystic Dunes was by far the best one and Tony was the most efficient person I dealt with. Great too that we didn't have the timeshare pressure since we were guests of the owner! The pool with the waterfall is great for little ones as it starts out very shallow, and my husband loved the golf course and driving range. The condo itself was great, very spacious, and had everything we needed. All in all, it was a great place to stay. Thank you Tony, we'll be in touch next year and will recommend you to our friends!!

Tony aramouni helped us get into a beautiful 2bd 2ba condo at Mystic Dunes Golf resort. the unit was huge, clean and went way above our expectations. I Highly recommend the property for its fun recreation on site and it is so close to Disney world. The reservation process was prompt and professional. I never had a worry as all my correspondence was promptly answered and the reservation was seamless. We will call Tony for our next stay in Orlando and refer him to our friends and family in the future.

We stayed at the Mystic Dunes Resort for 6 nights in early March 2012. The resort was comfortable, clean, and convenient with several nice amenities. We had a 2 bedroom unit which was extremely spacious...it made coming back from the parks a relaxing experience. The kids had their own bedroom on the opposite side of the unit with 2 queen size beds. We were in an enourmous master suite with a jacuzzi tub. There was a nice sized outdoor seating area with screening to keep out the pests. All the beds in the complex were apparently being changed out the week we were leaving...so we just missed that. But the accomodations were nice.
Our host Tony aramouni was the best. He was in constant contact and had the right connections at Mystic Dunes. Tony was able to secure us a unit located near one of the pools with a pool view. The pool area was great...it was clean with plenty of lounges and chairs...and room service delivered to us right at the pool!
For the value, locations, and accomodations, we will definitely not hesitate to return to Mystic Dunes.

We had a great experience at Mystic Dunes. The renal unit was large and clean. We golfed most days and the staff at the course were very welcoming. The resort had a movie rental box that was convienent. Lots of pools, if one was busy we went to another.

My wife and I stayed in 4 different timeshares over 8 weeks, and our 2 weeks here were the most enjoyable overall. The others were Parc Soleil,Hilton GVC on International Drive and Vacation Villages @Parkway. The owner,Tony, was super efficient and easy to deal with. They had overbooked, but a call to Tony and everything was quickly resolved. Other owners with less influence were sent to another resort down the street- poor souls! Unit itself was large and well maintained. Cleaning staff were quiet, unlike the door slammers at the Hilton GVC which drove me crazy for 3 weeks! Also, the Tv's and remotes worked, unlike Hgvc and Parkway. Staff also delivered mail and many amazon purchases within minutes right to my unit. Wi-fi was expensive, and the hot spots were less than ideal, but wired internet connections in rooms seemed to be OK. Location might not be ideal for travellers wanting to go north or south on I-4, or east on Hwy 192. Overall, would stay here again,especially if we rented from Tony. We never needed his assistance once we got checked in, but he did follow up with a phone call to see if everything was OK. It was nice to know he was there if we ever needed him. We met 2 other couples from Canada while we were there who had also rented from Tony, and they shared our opinions exactly .Next time we will stay for at least a month.

My family and I have stayed in many different places in Orlando, but I must say, this is, by far, the best. Tony was helpful from start to finish and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Mystic Dunes is a beautiful place and our 2 bedroom condo had plenty of room for all of us. Check in was a little hectic, but everything else was wonderful. We are so happy we found Tony and will stay here, exclusively, everytime we are in Orlando. Thank you Tony so much for making our stay an absolutely fabulous one. You are really a special person.

we rented from tony for 2 months he had a dificult time to make that long of a reservation after many days he managed to book it in 8 different reservation we did not want to move 8 times he assured me there would be no problem so we booked we checked in and were given the same place for 2 months tony called us to make sure things were good and told us if he could help just call him it was great iwould book with tony again

I cannot say enough about this place. It was great and our host Tony a was great doing business with. He helped me thru everything and answered all my questions. I loved this place nicest we have stayed in ever. We were used to hotel rooms and ect but this was a palace compared to those. It was a great experience and location was close to old town and Kissimee. It had all the extras too. I loved the screened porch it was great having breakfast and watching the golfers everyday. It was close by the pool as we requested thru tony. The pool was great too not too hot or cold. I did not like the checkin but know that was not Tonys fault very poor organization i thought. It took along time to get in there but i know we went on a busy week too.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort and couldn't have been happier with the place and the help we received from Tony aramouni. Mr. Aramouni was a great host from the moment we contacted him, through the booking process of the two bedroom condo, and finally in staying on top of our booking until we checked in. The condo was even better than we expected. We enjoyed the spacious condo and the amenities it had. My son and his friend loved the nearby pool and it was nice having them in their own separate bedroom. My wife and I couldn't have been happier with the experience and highly recommend booking a condo through Mr. Aramouni.

We were worried that this was a 'too good to be true" deal. After 11 days at Mystic Dunes we were impressed by the whole experience. Tony was over the top in making sure that all details were covered. The staff and especially the maintainence crew were aAa+. We went to the desk to report a burned out light and the need of dish towels and they were at the room before we got back.
The rooms, pool and the golf course were all clean and well cared for. There has been a recent change in ownership and they are working very hard to make this a choice vacation destination. -

My husband and I, and our two young children, recently returned from a fantastic two week vacation at Mystic Dunes. We rented a two-bedroom condo from Mr. Tony aramouni. Not only did we get the accommodations at an excellent price (far less than we would have paid with a package holiday or through a travel website), but they were clean, spacious and perfect for a family of four. A full kitchen, washer/dryer, two bathrooms as well as a small patio made our stay comfortable and enjoyable; truly a home away from home.
The apartment was right on the golf course, and located less than a five minute walk to the waterslide pool (one of three located on the resort). We did not rent a car because the onsite shuttle service and the free park shuttles were readily available. Less than half hour away from all the major Walt Disney parks, even the occasional cab ride home was a reasonable rate.
My husband, an avid golfer, enjoyed the golf onsite, and as a guest staying on the property was able to buy a three or five round pass at a discounted rate. My children loved the mini putt course, and the resort calendar was full of family-friendly activities throughout the week.
Mr. Aramouni was prompt to respond to any questions we had in booking our holiday. We had no problems whatsoever confirming our reservations with the resort. Check-in was prompt, as well as check out. We would recommend dealing with Mr. Aramouni to anyone interested in this property as a family that is definitely considering another visit next year. -

Mystic Dunes is in a perfect location to all the amusements in the Orlando area. Tony a. was great to deal with. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends if they were looking for a place. Grandkids loved the pools! Condos are very comfortable, but the two units we were in could use some updating. All was very clean though.

Recently my family and I stayed at this resort February 19-24. It was our first time staying in a condo in Orlando. We had no idea what we were getting into. Initially I was very reluctant about the stay as it sounded to good to be true. Before you knew it I was contacted by Tony aramouni owner of property to answer some of my concerns regarding the accomodations. He was so easy to talk to. He was extremely kind, and very pleasant. And he was always available when I needed him via email or by phone. He assured me that the property was perfect for family vacation and what we needed. And that was really true! The condo was nice,clean and restful for my husband and I and the 3 girls. The rooms were spacious but slightly dated. Full kitchen and laudry set up made it all worth while. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed for "home" living. Pots, utensil, dishes,toiletries, soap,towels and etc... We only had to buy food to cook. The location was literally 10 min away from all of the Disney parks. Target, a grocery store and several family oriented restaurants were w/n 2-5 miles from resort. And most importantly my family and I felt safe coming in from the parks late at night.
The communication with Tony aramouni up until the visit is what sealed the deal for me and my husband. We will definetly be going back for our next family vacation. It was beyond belief for the money we spent. Thanks Toni! -

Tony was great and quick to work with. Definitely will stay there again. The condo has so much room. We had 5 of us and we had plenty of room. The pools were unbelieveable. They pools weren't packed like other condos we have been to. Close to all your needs. Check in was a bit crazy, but was not Tony's fault.

Tony aroumi was very efficient in his communication with us. From the time we booked, back in November until we actually arrived he, he always responded immediately to our communications. He even phoned after our arrival to see if everything was satisfactory.
This location is absolutely amazing - everything is so clean and well-maintained. The staff are very efficient and we would highly recommend Tony and this location to any other travellers to Florida.

We stayed in a roomy 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo at the Mystic Dunes. Tony was our host. The Mystic Dunes is a time-share vacation residence, but because we were the guest of an owner, we weren't bothered with sales offers.
Tony was very attentive and checked on our progress as we checked in, and made certain that we were happy. He was very kind.
The Mystic Dunes is a very short drive to all of the Disney resorts. We found it to be convenient. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks, Tony! -

I recently stayed at this resort in January 2012. Everything was great. I have stayed in several properties over the past 10 years in Orlando and this was by far the best. The owner (Tony) of the property was top flight! He stayed in constant contact to make sure that everything was to my liking. He was very attentive to all my questions and went above and beyond at every turn. I really appreciated everything and will be staying at this property again.
