Our newly renovated home at Oakwater Resorts is located just minutes from the gates of Walt Disney World (1.5 miles) and can accommodate your entire family. Comes completely furnished with everything you could need to make your stay enjoyable and is prepared for 6 people total. Our home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This lovely condo is located in the gated community of Oakwater. The 4,000 sq. clubhouse features a large lagoon-style pool, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, children playground, games room, tiki bar, and fitness center. My family and I had a wonderful stay! This place has great energy...very comfortable and inviting. I loved the extra linen, cleanliness of the bathrooms, floors and carpet, fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. The beds were super comfy! My husband appreciated the location. Shoppes, restaurants, Disney parks...all less than 2 miles away. My children loved the pool, hot tub and spray area with playground. We took a day a off from parks and spent most of the day at the pool and my boys were in their glory!

Such a wonderful place!!! Very clean and has a welcoming feeling as soon as you walk in! Very close to local attractions and restaurants, but far enough away for peace and quiet! Look forward to booking next year!

We go somewhere every spring break, summer break, and Christmas Break. This was by far our nicest vacation. The condo is very nice and I loved the fact that there were 3-D smart Tv's in the unit. I could play my movies directly from my portable hard drive! Very nice place to stay and when I return to Orlando I will attempt to stay here again. Let me know when you want to sell the unit..Wink wink!

We had an amazing stay at the condo, the place has all the amenities of home, it was extremely clean and spacious. My children loved the swimming pool and game room just steps from the front door and the TV in their room also! 2 Full baths, kitchen and washer/dryer with a family of 5 was perfect. We have stayed on the disney property in the past, the convenience of just parking in the driveway and walking in the door is huge! The location is very close to the Disney entrance, the main road outside Oakwater resort has every single restaurant known to man, gas stations, pharmacies and a few supermarkets. The owner Brandon was very easy to work with. Very Satisfied.

It's a wonderful experience to spend our vacation in Florida, we really enjoyed @ your apartment it's a very nicely decorated with all necessary facilities, it's highly recommended to others. Also your apartment is on very nice and convenient location for all Disney and other attractions. Lots of food facilities were around.

The owner, Brandon, was very professional and always returned my emails quickly. The price was amazing. We had never stayed at a vacation home before, so didn't know what to expect. The condo was gorgeous. We joked that we wanted to live there on a permanent basis. It had everything you needed, even a first aid kit! The location is great, close to Disneyworld, restaurants, shopping, etc. I liked everything about it and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a clean, affordable and beautiful home to stay in.

We enjoyed a 5 night stay at Oak Water and loved it. The condo was clean & beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed & the bathrooms were gorgeous. We also took advantage of the convenient washer & dryer.
It's location is ideal, so close to attractions & eateries. The environment was also very family oriented. We will definitely consider booking another stay here.
The only inconvenience was that after driving 20hrs with our 18mo. old to get there, we had to go to the office to pick up our package from the lockbox before we could enter the residense since we arrived late on a Sunday night. We felt that the information that was left in the package could have been emailed to us & it would have saved us the extra time in the car.

We stayed here for three nights in January. The condo is very clean and new. Not even a stain on the carpet. It is also nicely furnished. The location is superb, with Disney parks just a few blocks away and anything you would need within a short drive. I will definitely stay here again.
