This is the 4th or 5th year in a roll that our golf group has rented through Lowery's and 3rd time at Emarld Island. The location is outstanding found the house a bit lackinking in that it could use some refreshing in the common areas and some of the beds were uncomfortable.

The house was nicer than the photos showed. Quality furnishings, very comfortable bedding, and plenty of towels :) I credit the owners for their attention to detail.
Directions from airport were a bit confusing in the dark, but the "pre-check in" was easy enough (although to charge for that is criminal). The gals in the office were helpful and knowledgeable with the Disney parks (the reason for our family trip). I found the gentleman who provides the additional rental equipment we needed (bbq, pack 'n plays, high chairs, strollers, and baby gate) very accomodating to our schedule.
One note of disappointment and one note of major disappointment were, one, the bbq rental required cleaning (by him) when delivered and also before moving out (cleaning should have been included with the rental fee). The most disappointing of all was the pool and hot tub temperature. They couldn't get it right the entire week. The pool was way too hot for a pool and the tub too cool for a hot tub. The rental office after the third attempt to rectify became non-responsive.
This home would be my first choice and will receive high recommendations to anyone who asks. But I will also inform them when ordering and paying for pool heat you get specific with the preferred temp. -

The home was beautiful, roomy and clean. Only suggestion would be to provide cleaning products and paper towels/toilet paper for convenience. Highly recommend the easy-to-use Express Check-In. We had a couple of minor issues with the a/C and pool heater but both were promptly addressed by the service team. The location of home was ideal as it was not too busy but close enough to shopping and dining establishments. This is our 2nd time using Lowery's Vacation Homes and I have not been disappointed. They will certainly be seeing our clan again! :)

House was very big, with large living area. It was great for our family of 7 peoples, all adults. We each have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool and spa were definitely appreciated at the end of a lon day at a theme park! The bbq, was way too small to handle 7 adults, so we didn't use it at all. Bigger bbq should be availale when we are paying for it.

We really enjoyed our stay at your home,but we had a few problems. The problem we had was with the master bathroom upstairs, we couldn't use that bathroom for three days. We had to do a little extra cleaning with some of the other bathrooms and bedrooms. We also enjoyed the location and the pool. Besides the extra cleaning and problem with the bathroom we really enjoyed ourselves. Thanks!!

This home was everything we hoped it would be! Loved the bedrooms, the game rooms the pool and hot tub! With having a toddler in our family, I especially appreciated the fence around the pool and hot tub area. The kitchen had everything we needed except for paper towels or napkins and trash bags.

Home worked out great, plenty of room and nice amenities. Service was good, had no problems checking in or out. Will definatly be back next year.

when my family stayed at the home it was nice the a concern was that the pool did not contain any clorine in which resulted in the pool being dirty. some of our children got sores as a result of the pool being unclean. i did not relize this until i got into the pool myself. also it would have been nice to have trash cans outside, because we had haul away our trash each day which became an inconvince. futhermore the rooms were very clean and overall the house was very pleasent and met my vacation needs.
