"Epcot House" has a large, vaulted family room to relax in during the day or evening, with an 8 seat wrap around settee and chair, soft furnishings,

ceiling fans and lamps, a gigantic 48" HDTV with DVD player.

Separate Lounge:

If you want peace and quiet away from the family, choose to sit in the separate lounge, with overstuffed sofa and love-seat, occasional and coffee

tables, together with lamps.

Games Room:

Then why not gather together for some fun times as a family in the carpeted games room, with a fabulous 7ft slate pool table and

Foosball table. Why not sharpen up on your skills improving your accuracy with the electronic darts board! The games room also has a DVD/TV system and

a second TV with a Sony PlayStation.

Luxurious Sleeping Accommodations at "Epcot House"

4 separate master bedroom suites that each provides the ultimate in luxurious comfort.

2 with king-size beds and two with queen-size beds,

All have dressers, nightstands, with cable TV's and DVD players, clock/radios and closet space for each.

Each master bedroom also provides its own master en-suite bathroom, with either single or double vanity basins, walk-in or bath/showers, and

private toilets.

The children or the young at heart will have a great vacation too! Two twin bedrooms each provide 2 twin beds, nightstands, and dressers with cable

TV and DVD players, ample closet space, plus an adjacent bathroom.

Bright & Airy Kitchen

The bright and airy kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could possibly need to prepare a family feast or a super-snack for the

kids. Choose to eat at the formal dining area that seats 8 guests, at the glass top nook table that also seats 8 people or the breakfast bar that

overlooks the lanai where you can sip your OJ while looking out at the rising sun or at the nook table.

The stupendous pool and deck has a full-length (40 x 10 foot) shaded lanai to stay cool under.

simply lay back on one of the comfy cushioned loungers, or reclining chairs.

The pool offers seating for all 12 guests.

  A fabulous and relaxing gated community and accommodation, which was everything we hoped for and more. Well positioned for all the parks, with excellent local restaurants and a convenient local supermarket 5 mins away.

  The house was perfect with everything we needed. The staff was helpful. The only problem I had was in the business center. I had to pay to use the internet then the computer had several blocks on it. The blocks prevented me from accessing my bank account. It was a waste of money. I really enjoyed karoke at the pool.

  It was a beautiful 6 bedroom home that suited our family. The location was near all the major parks and it was easy to get around. The house was well out fitted and in good repair. We had a very nice week.
  There was a few things that needed a bit of attention including some TV;s in the rooms not working and switch lights not working. The biggest issue we had was the pool heat being turned off partway through our stay and we had asked for spa heat that was not turned on and no response when we left a message. This was the week of Xmas and we know it was busy during that time but we were really disappointed with that as we had planned to spend time in the spa.
  Overall a nice place to stay.

  spent an absolutely fantastic week here.The house is a dream, very clean and has everything you want and need. The view at the back is amazing, the area is quiet peaceful safe and very close to everything, shops, parks, trips. Couldn't have asked or hoped for anything better and would recommend to all my friends and family.
