Welcome to our six bedroom, four bathroom, non-smoking, private vacation home in Windsor Hills Resort. You cannot find a closer resort community to Walt Disney World - only two miles and less than a five-minute drive away. Our home is located directly across from the children's park and 2 blocks from the community pool.

Our home has professional decor which includes only the finest home furnishings. However, it will also be very family friendly including crib, car seats, booster seat, baby monitor, Kelty style backpack, Babybjorn, diaper bag, stroller, books, games, etc. This home is perfect for everyone including families, golf groups,... honeymooners, or even executive retreats. The yard includes an extended screened lanai with a private South-facing pool and spa.

Upstairs are two master suites one with king-sized bed and one with a queen-sized and en suite bathrooms. Also upstairs are two childrens themed bedrooms (Disney's Cars and The Three Princesses) with twin beds, plus another large bedroom with a king-sized bed. These three bedrooms share a full bathroom. On the lower level, the sixth bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed.

The family room includes a 60" DLP screen projection cable TV, DVD, and VCR. There is also a XBOX. For your convenience, movie rentals are available on-site in the clubhouse.

  Fantastic family vacation rental

  We rented the unit in Windsor Hills for a week in March 2009. It was a fantastic experience! The house was big enough to fit a party of 7- our family of 5 and a set of grandparents- with room to spare. The kids LOVED their bedrooms decorated in Disney themes. The location was ideal. Not only is it just a short drive to the park, but it is across the street from a playground which my kids went to almost every day. We spent a lot of time in the pool/hot tub in the backyard and loved grilling out at night. It is the perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy the best about Disney but not be tied to ONLY Disney. It was great coming back to a spacious home with a private pool at the end of a day at the crowded amusement parks. I highly recommend- 5 stars!

  We stayed here for a week with two other families and not once did we feel cramped. We all had plenty of room. The kids rooms were wonderful! There were plenty of toys too. Unfortunately the weather was not that cooperative, so we were only able to use the pool once. It was nice and even with the rain pouring down, we still ate breakfast outside almost every morning. Can't wait to rent from you again!

  A wonderful stay in a beautiful home!!

  We loved the Windsor Hills vacation home. The house was beautiful, and it was wonderfully maintained. Everything we could possible need was there, and the location was perfect for our Disney vacation. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to stay close to Disney, but wants the flexibility of a vacation house away from the park.
  We had a wonderful time.

  the house met all expectations. private swimming pool, park across the street, sundries store, gated with security. the only thing i would say kept me from rating it with a 5 star rating was that the kitchen furniture was old as was some of the bed skirts. but then again, how much time are you actually going to spend in bed and in the kitchen when you really went to Florida to see Mickey and Co.?
