Our vacation villa is ideally situated in Emerald Island Resort, Kissimmee, which is 2 miles south west of the entrance to Disney, Orlando. 1 mile from U.S. 192 and approximately 2 miles from Interstate Highway 4. It only takes about 10 minutes to get to the major theme parks Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and the water parks Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach that are all within the 47 square mile Disney property. Sea World is only 14 miles and takes about 20 minutes, Universal Studios which is 18 miles away takes about 25 minutes. There are more than 30 golf courses in the area including the 5 within Disney, numerous restaurants and you will be spoilt for choice if you like shopping as there are several shopping malls within a very short drive. The brand new Mall at Millenia has all of the latest designer names. Renowned beaches like Cocoa and Daytona are a 75 mile drive. The perfect place to stay if you want peace and quiet but want reduce travelling time to Disney.

Pool and hot tub heat is optional and is charged at $140 / £80 per week if requested at the time of booking.
For bookings of 5 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of $95 / £50
For bookings of more than 14 days we offer a discount.

This house is amazing. Clean, with all the amenities you can dream of. I enjoyed going to the parks, but I did enjoy it better staying in the house by the pool.
Easy transaction, no problems, very good place. If you rent this place, you won't regret it. -

As a party of 7 it was really nice to find a home that could accommodate us easily and more importantly plenty of beds around the pool and places to sit. The home was really easy to find, well equipped and really clean. A great place to stay in our opinion and great for multiple families. If we have a group as large as this again we will definately be booking again. Many thanks also to the owner who was a great communicator.

Excellent villa, wonderful location, everything you could wish for and more, there was nothing that was not provided (including 3 Pushchairs,) the accomodation is beautifully furnished but still remains very homely the pool area and outlook was wonderful and was used by the adults and children every day. I would highly recommend this villa you will not be disappointed

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Florida, in no small part due to the house we rented. What a great place...beautiful home with all mod cons and tons of space (and a bathroom for every bed!). We were three separate families, and had lots of privacy when needed but also the pleasure of the central kitchen and dining spaces, and of course the pool and spa. It was easy to find, in a very quiet neighborhood, but close to everything...Disney 10 mins, shops, restaurants, entertainment, Interstate 4, and only an hour from the coast. And then we opened the garage door!...the kids loved the playroom! All this at a terrific price, and a simple booking process. Loved it all...would go back in a heartbeat!

The house is gorgeous, spacious and clean. This villa has everything you require in a holiday home plus more.
The location of the house is fantastic. It is so close to the theme parks, restaurants, shopping areas etc but you do not hear any of the noise whilst staying at the house.
I would recommend this villa to anyone who would like a brilliant holiday!

Emerald Villa Resort Kissimmee, Florida
The Emerald Villa Resort in Kissimmee , Florida is the nicest place I have ever stayed in. It is one of the best locations and in a really nice state. When you pull in there is a large gate with large dolphin water fountains. When you look to the right there is a volleyball net in the sand and beyond that is a pond and when you look to the left there is another pond with a water fountain in the middle of it. The villas are all tones of light brown, yellow, tan, and sometimes orange. Most of them have palm trees or tropical plants next to them.
There is a main office with a concierge desk, an arcade room, workout room, bathrooms, and an outdoor pool with food and drinks bar, and just outside the pool is a playground. The people are very nice and helpful. The feeling in the villas is warm and welcoming. It is very clean and very tidy. The environment is clean and enclosed with a black fence. There is also a peaceful nature trail. There is a lot of entertainment; in each villa there is a game room. The villa I stayed in happened to have a pool table, air hockey, a swimming pool outside, and a dartboard. Plus you have the arcade and swimming pool back at the main office. The price was reasonable and overall it was an amazing vacation, and I plan to stay there again. -

The home we stayed at was very clean and the bedrooms were large w/ bathrooms on 5 out of the 6 bedrooms. We chose this area because it was only 3- 6 miles from all Disney World parks and very accessible to dining, supermarkets and shopping. Cost wise this beats lodging on the Disney property for a large family. All in all it was a very good experience.

The house was immaculate and even better than we expected with enough space for our party of 12 to either congregate together or spend some quiet time alone. Only 10 minutes from Disney which allowed our younger children to rest back at the house during the afternoon so that we could go back to the parks at night. Do not miss the Disney Parade. The pool and lanai area were fantastic with uninterrupted views over the conservation area. If you want value for money this beats a hotel any day.

Our first impression was before we even arrived in Florida. The home owner was so easy to work with and quite accommodating. After we arrived we found this house to be immaculately clean, well furnished, spacious, and at the same time cosy. We all had plenty of room to escape but also large common areas to congregate when we wanted to. It was perfect for our needs. Disney was only minutes away so no traffic to fight and also allowed us to enjoy both the parks and the house. I have already recommended this home to several friends and we will definitely return ourselves

I would like to say our stay at the villa in Emerald Isle was a pleasure. It is sometimes scary to rent a place from strangers but Paul the owner was terrific and the listing description was as
good if not better then what we were expecting.
The Villa was spacious, beautifully decorated, clean and close to all amentities. Emerald Isle itself is a well maintained gaited community that we all felt very safe at. I would recommend this villa to anyone visiting the Orlando area. I don't think you will be disappointed but pleasantly surprised at how nice this place is.
