we love this home, it is our second time there and it was as good as the last time. It is clean and well maintained, the decor is up to date ( the kids really loved the 2 themed bed rooms ) and the 2 little things that where not working got fixed in no time :)

this was an excellent rental and lived up to the description. It had everything you could need and was very secure (has alarm system). A nice quiet neighborhood as well. Driving into the neighborhood at first, you see some not-so-taken care of homes which startled me, but when just a few homes in, the properties become very nicely kept and our rental was well maintained. It's a great space for families, lots of space and things to keep the kiddos entertained. The welcome greeting card is a nice touch. We would definitely recommend this home as well as book again in the future.

Loyalty Homes was a great company with which to work. They answered every question, came to the house when I couldn't get the TV on...within minutes...and attended to every possible need. This home is clean, neat and has more than you need...Tv's in every bedroom, plenty of room, a game system, game room, close to Disney, close to great restaurants...you don't need to look any further. The pool is great, the hot tub is hot and sparkling clean. There is no wasted space and it is the most comfortable house I've ever rented and I've rented a couple of mansions! We loved staying at audez and will stay again; it's a real gem in a huge sea of houses. This one stands out like none other! Dr. P. Terry

This house suited us well for the most part. Nice set up, nice furniture, great pool area. There was no xbox on our stay (which was a selling point for me with teenage boys), however there was playstation and wii. No mini-fridge in the pool area or game room. The pool alarm is a hard thing to get used to, but if FL law says its necessary, then we accept that. Ground maintenance at 7 am on the first morning of our stay wasn't very pleasant (waking up to a weed whacker out the window). It was fairly clean, but some stained bedding and food left in the freezer could be improved. The washer and dryer was a huge plus and we used it a lot. Hot tub wasn't heated for our arrival, wasn't ready until the next day even though we had pre ordered it to be heated. Loyalty staff was very curtious, helpful and kind. I would definitely use loyalty homes again, but probably not this home. Too many personal pictures on the walls, in frames etc for my taste. Although I did really like the way the house was decorated otherwise.

We apologize that you ran into a few issues, and the website has been updated to accurately describe the features and amenities in the home. Our lawn company is very good, and they are up bright and early to make sure all of the lawns look great each and every week. We can appreciate that it may not be the most pleasant way to wake up in the morning, but they are on a tight schedule that we cannot change.
There is no excuse for food left in the freezer or stained bedding. We apologize that you found this upon arrival, and can assure you this is not how Loyalty leaves our homes. The bedding has been updated.
Again, your feedback is very important to us and we appreciate your comments. We hope to be part of your future vacations, and that you will give us an opportunity to show you the true Loyalty Vacation Home experience.

The house was clean except the fridge. There was left over food that didn't get to clean out. Everything else was excellent.

The only thing wrong with our stay at this house was tropical storm Debbie which they Couldnt do anything about. oTher than that I would recommend this house to anyone and would book it again. I only wish the pool heat was more reasonable or included in the price!!

We were very impressed with the location of the villa, the excellent accomodation and facilities.The villa is siuated in a very pleasant and quiet family location, but within close proximity to theme parks, shops and an excellent golf course.

We loved the waterfall in the pool and the hot tub was perfect and heated well. The layout of the house is great and works perfect for a family. we loved that there was access to the pool/hot tub from the master bedroom. The Wii entertained the kids well and it was a perfect place to come home to following a busy day. The hosue was very clean upon arrival and the only thing I would of changed is that there was 17 towels in the dryer and ofcourse they weren't dry. So we made sure to keep up on the laundry so the next family wouldn't have to redry (took 4 hours) all of the towels. Very worth the money and we will stay in another house like this one the next time we go on vacation...Sooo much better than a motel! Loved it!

The audez Tropical Haven is an amazing home! It has all the comforts of home and you feel like you are at home! Check-in was so easy! The location is perfect! Close to all the parks and easy to get to. My daughters loved the pool and the game room the best! The only thing that I didn't like is that the tank for the gas grill was empty and unless you book through the agency, you have to bring the tank to a local gas station to be exchanged for a full one. If you book through the agency they charge a $25.00 fee for "grill preparation" - I feel this as well as the pool heat should be included in your rental price(pool heat is separate). I would defintely stay in this home again and would recommend to all of my family and friends!

From the time we stepped inside to the end when we did not want to leave, everything was just beautiful. The house is perfect. I wouldn't change anything. We found ourselves just wanting to stay inside instead of touring Disney. This was our 2nd experience with Loyalty and we are coming back this October for 3rd time!!! Would not recommend anyone else. They make your trip worth it...

We rented this house for the proximity to the Disney parks but our experience was enriched a lot more when we get home and discover that has it all to make you feel at home, everything was excellent and very clean, the wii, video games, and movies made ??us very happy, I think next year will be back! .. the attention of the people from Loyalty Homes was the best.. I did run in the mornings some times and the neighborhood was really cool for relax and jogging.

Where to begin ! We were sceptic at first because sometimes the photos you see on internet don't reflect reality. But in the case of audez's Tropical Heaven, you can be sure that what you see is what you get ! A very comfortable, well equiped house. It is near from any attraction you want to visit. It was so nice to have access to a pool and spa at the end of a day. Do not hesitate to rent this house.

We recently rented this house during our daughters world series at disney and had a wonderful experience. While others had to wait in line to check in we could go on in and start enjoying our vacation! The house has a very warm and cozy feeling when you walk in from the decor and over all home feeling. The house has something for everyone. The game room and video games kept my teenage daughter and her friends occupied when they hanging out. The tvs in everyone made it easy for the guys to watch the game and kids to watch mtv in the game room while mom could relax in the pool. The house is also equipped with everything you need in the kitchen if you plan on cooking unlike some of our friends experience with a condo. Last but not least the house is also in a very good location for the disney experience far enough out to enjoy a nice quiet evening or close enough to jump in the car and head to the parks. Overall this was by far the best house for the money we have ever rented for a vacation home and would highly recomend it for a single family or even sharing with another family!

We felt right at home as soon as we opened the door.The interior and exterior decoration is superb and the house was big enough for two families with two children each.Everybody had fun and always could find something entertaining to do.Pool and Hot tub...perfect delight!Very relaxing home to come to after a long day at Disney or other Orlando attractions.The kids loved the themed decorated rooms and enjoyed the gameroom as well.So close to everything but still a little oasis to retreat to, after an exciting day. Thank you for your service and the warm welcomed feeling you gave us as we started our vacation in your lovely audez Home.

Pour le 40 ieme anniversaire de mon conjoint nous avons loué cette maison pour une semaine tout pres des attractions de Orlando.Nous étions avec notre garcon de 8 ans et notre petit chien...,c'etait vraiment formidable... le comfort,la propreté et le luxe mis a notre disposition c etait super il ne manquait de rien ont se sentait comme chez nous mais en mieux.Nous la conseillons a nos amis et nous prévoyons y retourné un jour ca c est sure

This was a lovely home. I have rented a couple of pool homes but I must say this was the best. The pool and the t.v. outside by the pool was great and the frig was a extra bonus. There were several game consoles for the kids to choose to play. It was one of my best vacations in Florida. So great I got home and booked the home again for next year. You want a home away from home you must stay at audez's Tropical Haven.

Just wanted to say what a fantastic holiday we had at audez's Tropical Haven. The house is in a super location being close to all the popular attractions. The house had a lovely homely feel to it with all the extra luxuries including a hot tub and games room. The TV is massive with so many channels and the sofa's are really comfy. The children loved the themed bedrooms and the swimming pool. It was great to have a play park just a short walk from the house for the kids to play in.
All in all this is a great house, its clean and tidy with everything you need and more. We would definately recommend a stay at audez's Tropical Haven

first thing we all notice is how fantastically clean it is! Big relief. The house is spacious, open, and relaxing. It's nice to have a great home to come home to after a big day gallivanting around. But it gets better, you walk outside and find a fenced in backyard with a great pool and a hot tub to mend your sore body after whatever you plan to do while away. mine was old towns bull riding, my friend was the horse back riding!!! The best vacation ever taken and it had a lot to do with this exquisite home! Thanks

I take the family to Florida every year in the winter and always look for a great place to stay.We found everything about this place to be fantastic. We traveled with a 4 year old and a 1 year old. Close to Disney
and freeway getting where we wanted was easy.
The house itself was clean and comfortable. Excellent choice if you have children as there is lots to keep hem occupied when the adults seek downtime! Neighborhood was good and had a nice playground in it as well.
I messed up and set off the alarm system. Our calls to Loyalty were returned even though it was a bit late to make sure we had "figured it out" Of course prices fluctuate but the property was very affordable. I was hesitant at first as I had never used Loyalty, but I had no problems whatsoever. I would highly recommend this property to anybody and I will always try Loyalty first on my next trip. -

The home suited us perfectly. Location to Disney was great and the home's ammenities were super. The kids especially enjoyed swimming and also playing pool in the game room.
