Make our 3 bedroom/3 bath townhouse your "home away from home" for your Orlando vacation. Located just 2 miles from Disney world in the fabulous Windsor Hills Resort, our home is located near all the action! The home has a screened, private splash pool that faces southwest, offering plenty of sun. We can accommodate 6-8 people, with the master bedroom having a king bed, the second bedroom a queen bed, and third bedroom a pair of twin beds. Overall, we really liked the townhouse and would recommend it highly.
LIKES:
1) The instructions for the pool heat were much appreciated. (The heater was on when we got there).
2) The person at the property mgmt place was very helpful.
3) The townhouse was very clean and comfortable.
4) The location is outstanding.
5) We left a few things in the pantry we purchased at Publix: Syran wrap, paper towels, toilet paper and kleenex.
A few suggestions:
6) ONE extra roll of TP per bathroom would be great.
7) One box of kleenex would be ideal.
8) Directions on where the extra towels were and what to do with the used ones would be terrifc.
9) Wireless would be awesome.
10) Just a few garbage bags would be considerate.
These suggestions are very minor. We were thrilled with the house and had no complaints whatsoever. Thanks again.

Left on 02/14/2010 for a stay in February 2010
We stayed at Mr. Whipples townhouse in February 2010 and had a wonderful time. From the initial contact I had with Paul, we was nothing but helpful and friendly. I even called and spoke with him before booking our stay. We was very prompt with responses - usually within 24 hours, if not within the same day. Our check in was very easy and quick - the office for the management company is about 15 minutes from the townhouse, and is very easy to locate (and is open 24 hours a day). The townhouse is very clean, neat and well decorated. The townhouse comes supplied with all kitchen necessities, everything from a cutting board to a colander. The three bedrooms are nice sized - one with a queen bed, one with two twin beds and the master with a king bed. Each room has ample closet space and drawer space. The bathrooms were nice sized as well. The splash pool was the perfect size to for a relaxing dip after a long day at the parks. The pool has optional heat available (recommended at our time of visit) and can be used as a pool or hot tub with jets. The pool is about 14' x 14' and has a depth range of 4-5' with plenty of seating areas in and around the pool. Mr. Whipple provides a variety of books for reading and a Play Station 2 gaming system with 3 family friendly games. We left a deck of cards in the unit for other to use as well.
The Winsdor Hills community is very safe and quiet. There is a gated entry and exit with (typically) 2 or more guards present at all times. We did not take advantage of the community pool, gameroom or playground this visit but have in the past and found all the amenities to be exceptional. Our trip coincided with the Super Bowl this year the clubhouse hosted a party for all guests to attend.
Both Windsor Hills and Mr. Whipples townhouse are accuratly represented by the photos provided. I would highly recommend this townhouse to all.
