This home is located in Sunset Lakes; a peaceful subdivision situated approximately 10 minutes from Walt Disney World entrance and is conveniently located for the other attractions. Sunset Lakes is a gated community with its own community pool, children’s playground and Lake with cabana and deck area.This home has a maximum sleeping capacity for 10. The master bedroom has a king size bed, cable TV and DVD with patio doors opening onto the pool area.The master bathroom has 2 separate sinks, a large walk in shower, a garden tub, a separate toilet, 2 walk in closets, 1 containing a safe. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.Bedroom 2 h...as a queen bed, cable TV/DVD and access door to a shared bathroom.Bedroom 3 has twin beds and TV/DVD.Bedroom 4 has twin beds and TV/DVD.Bedroom 5 has a double bed, computer with Hi Speed Wi-Fi & printer.There are 2 living room areas in this light and airy home. The family room has a sofa, love seat, cable TV, DVD, VCR and X Box 360, with games and movies and large patio doors to pool area.The living room has a sofa and love seat.The dining room seats 6.There is a fully equipped kitchen with separate kitchen nook which seats 6.The main floor has the half bath and fully equipped Laundry room.Through the laundry room takes you into the garage with games equipment, a multifunction table, which contains Foosball, Air Hockey and Pool.To the rear, you have a privately enclosed large shaded lanai to sit in or out of the sun, a South facing swimming pool with LED lighting looking out onto conservation woodlands, and privacy hedges to both sides.   It was a very nice house and up keep. The code to get into the house and gate was not give which would have been great. But overall we had a wonderful time and we all loved the house. Thank you very much.

  Our only complaint were
  all the signs restrictions and pool alarm spoke of the owner's OCD,also there was no jaccuzi. Our kids were in they teens and we didn't need the continuos pool alarms.

  I was very upset in the manner in which my reservation was handled, I have rented with you guys 3 previous times and is looking to start renting 4 times a year, but this particular event went poorly. we arrived to the property at 4 pm and could not get in after trying for 20 mins we finally reached someone and they told us that the owner rejected the reservation or something to that effect. they then tried to put us in a four bedroom which wouldnt work, finally approximatle an hour or so later they fould another 5 bedroom which was a 2 story home which really was not convient since i had folks that couldnt climb stairs which is why i rented a 1 story to start with. The cable in 3 rooms upstairs was not working, the jjacuzzi wouldn't get hot, there wasn't flat screen tv's in the bedroom as advertised which was a selling point, no grill on premises as advertised which caused us to waste food which was planned to be grilled and it took a full day before they brought us a grill to use. I FEEL WE SHOULD BE COMPENSATED FOR THE BREACH OF CONTRACT ON THE BOOKING AGENTS END CAUSE IT REALLY WAS VERY INCONVIENT SITUATION. PASTOR SAMUEL WASHINGTON

  The only proble was the master bedroom shower was covered in mold. The property was beautiful and met the needs of my family. I question why anyone would want to invest in timseshare.

  Good spacious villa. But it was hard to find when we arrived in the middle of the night. Better driving instructions needed. I also explicitly asked if there would be a gate to get in to the area and was told that I could drive all the way to the property. That turned out to be wrong which was a very bad experiance at 3 am.

  first vacation home rental....will do it again!

  I took my family on vacation to Disney and this house was the perfect choice. The location was amazing. Very close the Disney. We took nine people and everyone had a place to sleep. My girlfriend was skeptical about renting a vacation home but the trip definitely brought our family even closer together. We stayed for four days and we had a Winn Dixie about a mile from us so that was very convenient. The house had everything we could possibly need. The pictures of the house we got didn't do it justice. The only issue we had was we did not get the gate code to the community in our booking confirmation. We stayed out at magic kingdom till about 1 am and upon our arrival back to Tue house we were locked out of the community. Not that big of deal cause my brother in law drove his car to the exit for us. And when I called the next day they took care of the situation right away. Will definitely use them again.

  Not up to par

  My family has been doing golf vacations for last 7 years in Orlando area and staying at various rental houses and this was the worst. I chose a property and sent in a deposit and didn't hear back from Booking company until I called them a couple weeks before the trip. They didn't have a record of my reservation although the check was cashed. After that I was informed that the house we reserved was not available (Got a pretty lame excuse about it being vandalized when I'm sure someone else was staying in it that week) We got put in another with fewer rooms and amenities. Gameroom was cluttered with kids toys etc. only game was an old combination fuse ball/ mini pool table really shaky and old, no one wanted to use it even. The TV in the family room was at least 10 years old and very small by todays standards. Pool area was unimpressive also, the home we originally booked listed a hot tub this one has none. The house is what it is (Very mediocre). Overall a bad experience, which I blame mostly on the OPM Resorts in Florida. Very unorganized and did as little as possible to make me want to ever book another vacation rental through them. Felt like I was really short changed in the whole deal.
