The property was lovely and clean. Only one problem when the airconditioning broke down but 1 phone call solved the problem very Quickly. We went out for the day and everything was nice and cool when we got back.
The small pool was perfct for the little ones. We would certainly recomend this location. Being a gated community made us feel very comfortable -

Thank you so much for making our stay in Orlando a memorable one. We stayed at Windsor Hills and found the location to be perfect and the townhouse to be comfortable.
Our kids loved the little pool and the fact that they did not have to walk far to get to the main pool complex.
We will be staying there again. -

Had a great vacation, kids loved the mickey bedroom, felt like we really got our money's worth for 99 a night, also liked having the small pool all to ourselves, the kids also liked the playground :)

This location is the best location to stay. Close to Disney, shopping, food and the kids loved the clubhouse pool at the resort. The kids also loved sleeping in their Disney themed room and swimming in our own private pool.

Overall we were extremely happy with our stay and will definitely plan to stay again. Only suggestions would be: to have pot holders, cookie sheets, and 9x13 baking pan in the kitchen. We wanted to make lasagna and crescent rolls and didn't have the necessary kitchen items to do so. Not a huge issue...just wanted to pass on the suggestion. Again, very pleased overall and we will visit and stay with you again!

We stayed here for a week with our three daughters and really loved it. No one had the rental the weekend before our check-in so they let us check in early. The place was immaculate and in really great condition. My kids loved the pool and i really appreciated the all the extra room. First vacation where we didn't feel like we were too cramped.

To be honest, I was a little concerned that this condo might be too good to be true at this price. However, this is one time that I was pleasantly surprised. The condo exceeded every expectation that we had. I love it enabled us to combine a trip to disney with a relaxing vacation. Each night we came home and relaxed in our home, not our tiny hotel room. We will definitely stay here on future Disney trips.

Immaculate vacation rental - felt like home! The kids loved it and the location was excellent. Close to all the action yet not right in the middle of it all. Plenty of things to do on the grounds as well. Would absolutely recommend.

We stayed during June 2010. It was our family's first trip to Disney. We have 3 and 4 year old little girls and they had a blast! They loved the "Disney" bedroom, the princess television, and having their own splash pool. The value was amazing compared to the prices of staying on Disney property. The only "issues" we had were the loudness of the a/c unit and there was a bit of a musty smell. However, overall we were extremely happy with our experience.

The townhouse was great. Very clean and big. Everything was in excellent condition and worked properly. This townhouse is located right next to the clubhouse, so we walked right to the pool. Also, it only took about 3 minutes to get to Disney and that was a great plus! I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to stay off-site Disney property.

Dealing with Magic Rentals was great. They provided me with everything I needed and used email to communicate which works best for me. The location was perfect. It seemed like we were at every park in a matter of minutes- so easy. The property was great as well. We hit the pool during our mid day break and the kids loved it. Plus, the property has a small convenience store that we took advantage of several times. The unit itself was clean and comfortable but need a small amount of work. For example, the above oven microwave was broke but a replacement microwave on the counter was provided. Plus, a drawer in one of the baths was broken which was irritating. I would highly recommend this place over staying on a Disney property unless you can afford a luxury hotel.

Rented a 3 bedroom townhouse at Windsor Hills, Kissimmee Florida. The home was very nice. Our grandchildren truly enjoyed the room for them. They were so excited. There was plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only suggestion was to have more glassware and some casserole dishes.

We travelled as a family of 6 (ages 9 months to 65 years) and loved every second of it. The property is wonderful and had lots of things for our teenaged boys to do (basketball, swimming, tennis, games room etc.) I have already recommended Magic Rentals to a friend. I would HIGHLY recommend staying there in a heartbeat. We will be back... guaranteed!!! The house was lovely and very spacious. The kids took advantage of the soaker pool every night. WOW, I could go on and on. The property is within a VERY short drive to all the Disney attractions. Our townhouse was very well looked after and was very well decorated and stocked. I can't think of anything bad to say.. can't even find something remotely negative.

We were given the CONDO address on the confirmation e-mail. Got there using GPS, there was a sign at the gate saying "Entrance for residents only - Guests need to check in at...." and there was an address that we needed to go to. It was just down the road but, without the GPS it would have been a hassle to find.It was dark, we were exhausted and had a tired child in the car. ASK FOR THE ACTUAL CHECK IN ADDRESS!!! Do NOT enter the CONDO address on the GPS until AFTER you check in!!!
The Condo: Great location! Near everything you can possibly want; groceries, shops, restaurants, AND, of course, the parks. BUT, far enough down the road to get some peace and quiet. The development has a great pool and clubhouse and we would have loved to have been able to stay longer to take full advantage of all the on-site amenities. Next time for sure! Very clean rooms, immaculate bathrooms, huge kitchen, lots of space to stay out of each others' reach at the end of a long day of park-hopping. DEFINITELY pay a little extra to get the pool heated!!!! It was a blessing to be able to relax in the very warm water after such grueling days! Worth the extra $15!!! The table at the living room is not moving-friendly. If you need to move it out of the way to open the sofa-bed, the table legs fall off. Minor but worth noting. There were 6 of us in the condo. We felt safe, comfortable and very pleased to have paid a very competitive rate that allowed us to spread out, have our own kitchen and enjoy lots of room. We considered hotels. Double suites since we had a large group. The shuttles and free breakfast they offered were tempting. HOWEVER, nothing beats having a place to yourself, with peaceful, safe and clean surroundings. No elevators, hallway traffic, thin walls and noise at all hours of the night. We made our own breakfast (Cereal, coffee, orange juice, croissants) and were ready to go.
