Have stayed at Windsor Hills many times before.The location is great.Maybe because of school vacation but the price seemed high.Not saying it is bad but had better rentals at Windsor Hills in the past.

The house very comfortable, rooms with private baths each, as well as comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable room Internet without any problems and fast, the cable TV very good, no problems parking the house was completely clean, the beautiful pool and I liked the most private (pero!! the water was frozen, I could not enjoy it because he needed heather, consider this next time.)
Buenisima security and very friendly. The villa was clean streets and communal aeras, I would again and again if necessary. -

The service we received was good. You should know before booking, that they cannot refund any money if you tell them you can only stay 3 nights vs 4...even if it is months before actually going. There is a penalty for cancelling no matter what the reason may be, so you are better off keeping the orig nights booked. The townhome was very nice, although the kids room was not actually painted. It was a film over the wall w/the disney pictures. Everything else was in perfect working condition. The only other thing we missed was a pan for eggs to make for breakfast which was strange since the kitchen was fully stocked other than any frying pans. The cake in the refridgerator was very cute & a nice touch. The resort pool/store were very nice & with reasonable prices, also within walking distance of this townhome.

We loved Magical Dreams. It was so nice having a "home" instead of just a "room". Our girls were thrilled with their princess bedroom! Laundry in the unit and a kitchen were great to have. It took us less than 15 minutes to get to any of the Disney parks. Our family is already talking about our next trip and we are recommending Magic Rentals to all our friends.

We loved our stay at Magical Dreams. My daughter (9yrs) loved her princess room and private pool. I loved how convenient everything was. The home had baby gear for our 9month which made it a lot easier without having to travel with playpen/stroller etc. We saved so much by being able to cook for ourselves and having the full size fridge for snacks/meals for the kids. We entered the home seen a nice greeting card and princess cake with our names welcoming our family. My daughter took the cake with her name and thought actual princesses baked it for her. Staying in magical dreams was a wonderful family vacation. My daughter was able to take a quick dip in the pool as hubby and I drank coffee all before hitting the Disney park. What a pleasant way to start our day. Thank you!

To see my daughter's face with the princesses: priceless! As an adult, I was expecting the walls to be murals, not plastic that was coming off of the walls. Again, my 4 year old didn't seem to notice and to her it was magical! The bathroom shower curtain was Mickey, not the princesses that were shown in the picture.
The pool was perfect and a major plus!
Nothing bad can be said about the price and location either!
I'm a little bit of a clean freak, and I wasn't too impressed with the cleanliness. The beds weren't the most comfortable, but again, you're staying in someone else's bed, so that's expected.
Overall, we would recommend it! -

We loved our stay at Magical Dreams. The house was great...clean and spacious for me, my husband, our two daughters (one an infant), and my parents. My daughter absolutely loved the princess room and having our own pool right there. My only two "things" would be that there is no dresser or end table in the bedroom on the first floor -it would be nice to have something there for storage. Also, brighter lighting (it seemed kind of dim)...very minor things that would not discourage me from staying there in the future. The beds were very comfortable and there was a pack & play and highchair for the baby - a huge convenience!!! The house was also very close to the parks with less than a 5 minute drive for us. Rita at The Magic Rentals was wonderful to deal with - she is very responsive and answered any questions I had right away. We would definitely stay there in the future. Our stay at Magical Dreams was so much better than being in a small hotel room (especially when you have small children). The look on my daughter's face when she walked into the princess room was priceless.

The location of magical dreams was perfect! This townhouse is close to the clubhouse & pool. Windsor Hills is extermely close to thDisney World entrance & there iks very little traffic.
The pool with the townhouse is small, but fine for small children. When we were there the weather was in the low 9s, but the pool was a bit chilly.
You will need to bring pool towels or buy some when you are ther. Soouvenier shops, target & grocery stores are also close by.
We had a great stay at Magical Dreams & loved the fact that we could make our own meals & come home with very little laundry to do -

Our place was just like in the picture.. Very cute my little girls were so suprised when they seen their room! The private pool was also very nice to have and my girls loved the big pool with the water sprinklers!

My family and I stayed at the Magical Dreams townhome for a quick little getaway. It was comfortable (there were eight of us), clean, beautiful and the Princess Room made my daughter feel so happy that that alone made the stay worth it for me. Upon entering the resort the security at the gate was very informative of the property amenities. All in all I am very happy with our stay and will definitely stay there again and refer my friends and family. One quick note bring toilet paper and garbage bags with you. Everything else is there for you!

Wow, just returned and i wish i were back there.
The house is beautiful and so much larger than in the photos. Location was superb for the parks and also local restaurants and shopping. Windsor Hills is by far the best estate to stay on. It's all kept so clean and tidy and the communal pool is wonderful. Guest services were very helpful and the club house was a nice place to relax by after busy days.
Thank you so much for creating such a gem, will definately be staying again -

Our stay at Magical Dreams was fabulous! We couldn't have found a nicer place, that was more convenient! The reservation process was smooth and the owner always responded to my emails in a timely manner. The place was very neat and clean, and well decorated. We loved having our own private pool, as well! We will definitely stay here again during our next trip to Disney!!

We arrived to find an immaculately clean townhouse, fully stocked with enough towels, linens, and dishes for our party. We had chosen this townhouse for the princess-themed room and were not disappointed. Even the pink ceiling fan was princess-themed! The townhouse was very nicely furnished and was extremely comfortable. My husband loved the huge wall-mounted flat-screen TV in the living area that he could view from the kitchen. We paid to have the splash pool heated, and it was almost hot-tub temperature, which was great after a long day at the theme parks. My only issue, and it is a minor one for us, is that I would like to see the first-floor bedroom more fully furnished. There is a queen-sized bed, but no dresser or nightstand. We didn't use this room. Had we had a larger party, this would have been more important to us. All in all, we had a wonderful vacation and would be happy to stay here again.

The place was very clean and spacious. There were six of us (3 kids and 3 adults) staying there. It was very close to all of the parks and restaurants. Unfortunately we were unable to take advantage of the pools and play areas because of the extremely cold weather. We look forward to staying there in the future and have already reccommended the complex to our friends.

The Magical Rental was a very magical experience for us. The girls absolutely loved the princess room and called it a "princess wonderland". We had everything we needed to make the stay easy and comfortable, and the roll away bed was there when we arrived.
The cons for the experience were: on the virtual tour of the master bedroom on the website, it said that the master had a king sized bed, but it did not; it was a queen. My husband is 6'5", and it was difficult for us to share a queen sized bed. Had we known this, we most likely wouldn't have rented this particular unit. Also, there was a horrible wind storm one night and the latch for the door on the screened in porch must be broken because it banged LOUDLY over and over all night long and kept me awake. Also, the virtual tour says that the couch in the living room is a sleeper, but it is not. Luckily, I figured this out before we left, and I requested the roll away, but I would have been disappointed and frustrated if I didn't know until we arrived.
The kids loved the splash pool in the back, and everything was comfortable and convenient. We LOVED how convenient it was to check in and unload our stuff; this is definitely a major perk, as we usually stay at the moderate hotels on Disney property, and it is extremely inconvenient to check in and unload the car there. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! -

We would just like to thank you on the excellent villa that you have in Kissimmee. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there in May 2009. The property was very clean when we arrived, and well maintaned. The layout of the rooms are just as shown on the pictures. The kids enjoyed the pool. The location of the villa in relation to all amenities is also great. Just a couple of minutes to the nearest shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. It only took us 10 minutes (sometimes less) to drive to the Disney parks, and would not hesitate in recommending this villa to our friends and family. Thanks again for a lovely relaxing stay.

Just to let you know we had a fab time in "The Magic villa 5" villa. It was absolutely heaven to see how lovely and clean - and spacious - it was, and to discover how close it is to Disney World. It's in such a lovely neighborhood - we felt very safe there. It also seemed very private compared to a lot of the villas around (especially the pool area) and the view from the pool is lovely. (The girls loved the pool and all the inflatables). We really enjoyed staying at the villa... As for the holiday itself - we had a great time and will definitely be back!

We would like to say that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "The Magic Villa 5" villa and found it very relaxing after spending the day at the parks. The view from the pool and the quiet location make it an ideal place to stay. The children loved the pool and some days it was great to just chill out by the pool. Thanks for the short cut to the parks it was extremely useful, we couldn't believe how quick it made the journey to the parks. We would certainly recommend your villa to our family and friends. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We chose "The Magic Villas" because we have a boy and girl 8 years apart and we needed better sleeping accommodations than a hotel could give us, and they wanted to stay in a Disney themed bedroom. We were happy to come back every evening and cool off in the splash pool and Veg out on the couch. Nice perks to have your own kitchen with out running down the hall to a vending machine. We will be back.

We stayed in October 2008 with our 2 kids and found that "The Magic Villa 5" was the perfect choice for our holiday. The location, condition, furnishings, outlook and professional service were the key factors here. Plenty of choice in the many restaurants along the 192 which was 2 minutes away and the bottom entrance to Disney was really 5 minutes as described. More than enough room for the 4 of us and would house 8 easily.

It was so nice coming back from a fun but exhausting day at the parks to a beautiful, clean townhome. The pictures sent were beautiful but not even close to the real thing. It really was a pleasure staying there and you weren't exaggerating when you said how close it was to the parks. So convenient! We had stayed in deluxe hotels in the park before but I have to tell you, we enjoyed your place so much better! We really enjoyed our stay at this home. My daughters loved the Disney bedroom. The home had its own private jacuzzi, which was a nice touch. We ordered pool heat, which cost $15, and it was great being able to come back from Disney and take a dip in the pool without having to walk all the way to the clubhouse.
We had an issue with one of the batteries in the remote controls during our stay, and Guest Services brought over to us another working remote control within a couple of hours.
