The house was beautiful when we arrived. Everything had been done just exactly as it was supposed to be. It even had a beautiful table set to welcome us. All instructions were very clearly given, all they really asked was to respect the home as you would your own. All of the staff we came in contact with were friendly and willing to help in any way they could. With two young girls having a place so close to Disney World was a must, and we never thought we would be able to stay so close to the park and in such a plush location. My husband and I enjoyed relaxing in the private heated pool in the evenings after a long day of sightseeing, while the kids loved that large pool and the rec center.

We loved the house. It had everything we needed. So much better than a hotel especially if you have a large crowd. The kids loved the pool, and it was plenty warm even though it was freezing while we were there.

A beautiful home and outstanding customer service make a wonderfully enjoyable vacation experience.
We paid slightly more than what we would have paid for a hotel room. We each had our own room but spent most of our time centered around the living room - conveniently situated between the swimming pool and the kitchen. Since we love to cook, over the course of the week we saved by making most of our own meals. We will definitely be back.
I've had some miserable vacation rental experiences over the past 30 years. The Boyers are by the far the best I've experienced -

I stayed here for four weeks while I attended a training program in Celebration. The townhouse included all the comforts of home, including a full kitchen with dishwasher and garbage disposal and a washer / dryer. My three young children stayed with me for part of my visit and there was plenty of room for all of us. Furthermore, it was conveniently located to all of the parks. The highlight for my kids was having their own mini-pool in back. It is located in a gated community that is safe and quiet.
