Emerald's Villa Sara is a spacious and stunning fully air-conditioned 7 bedroom Disney villa, located in the perfect spot in the exclusive Emerald Island Resort community. Villa Sara is less than 3 miles from Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, Florida, and with 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms this elegant and spacious Kissimmee vacation home is perfect for large families or groups of friends, sleeping up to 16 guests.

This sumptuous villa has been professionally decorated with having all the luxuries of your own home.The bright and airy kitchen has beautiful granite and is equipped with everything to prepare a family feast. It has a large fam...ily room to relax in during the day or evening, with extremely comfortable sofas, stunning furnishings and lamps, a 42"large screen LCD TV, Blu-Ray DVD player, surround sound system, phone and wireless internet. When you want some peace and quiet away from the family, choose to sit in the separate lounge, with an overstuffed sectional sofa and leather chair, occasional and coffee tables, together with lamps.

If you want to spend your days soaking up the sunshine state, then you've picked the perfect spot! If you choose to relax, step into the (*optionally) heated bubbling spa pool, or into the crystal-clear waters of the extended private pool, or simply lay back on one of the comfy loungers or reclining chairs on the over-size deck. The shaded lanai allows guests to enjoy a family al-fresco meal together, seated around the 2 tables on comfortable cushioned chairs which seat 8. This westerly facing pool and deck enjoys the Florida sunshine on the long summer days. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety bars.

Sleeping accommodation at "Villa Sara" is as exclusive and luxurious as you could want; with two separate king master bedrooms that each provides spacious comfort. Both masters have pillow-top mattresses king-size beds, dressers, nightstands and lamps, 21-inch cable TVs with DVD/VCR, clock/radios with walk-in closet, plus ceiling fans. Each master bedroom also provides its own en-suite bathroom, with mirrored vanity basins, walk-in or bath/showers, and toilet.

Three further master bedrooms has 2-king pillow top mattresses soft beds and 1 with Queen pillow top mattress, nightstands, lamps, ceiling fans, dressers, closet space, and 13-inch cable TV’s. Each of the 2 remaining bedrooms has been decorated to appeal to the young at heart. These rooms offer 2 twin and 4 bunk beds, that's a total of 4-King, 1-Queen, 2-Twin and 4-Bunks.

Emerald Island Resort Club House offers an array of complimentary amenities available to all guests staying at this Orlando vacation home. You can stay in shape or tone up your muscles in the state-of-the-art fitness room. The 4,000 square foot club house at Emerald Island provides high speed Internet access with a number of computer terminals available for guests use. Or choose to sun yourself as you meet other guests around the heated community pool and spa pool. Kids of all ages will want to stop at the video games room, or play at the video arcade while you lie out by the large sparkling swimming pool and watch the little ones have a ball in the splash area tot lot.   We rented this beautifull home during March break with 2 other couples. We were a total of 8 kids under 9 years old and 6 adults. We never felt crowded and the kids loved everything, the heated pool, the game room and the nicely decorated themed rooms. It was all our fisrt experience in Walt Disney and we're already planning our next trip for 2013! Thanks again for this wonderfull experience!

  A great family vacation

  My family and I spent a wonderful vacation at Villa Sara in Kissimmee, Florida. This wonderfully appointed home was ideal for our large family. Its close proximity to Walt Disney World and Universal Studios Orlando is fantastic. It was great to spend the day at Disney World and come back to this beautiful Villa and make dinner. Of course there were days we spent swimming and lounging by the heated pool and enjoying the amply appointed games room, with a pool table and pin ball machine, along with lots of other games that our whole family enjoyed. After all this is what family vacation are for – to spend time with each other. We did enjoy going out to some of the many restaurants and shopping malls nearby as well, but it was especially nice for us to wake up and have breakfast in our villa and not have to worry about going out to eat. We had a great vacation and now back at home, we are already looking at vacation dates for next year so that we can return to Villa Sara.

  Unique Home with it's own Great Style!

  I had the pleasure of completing a virtual tour of Emerald's Villa Sara. I have seen many homes in this resort, this home has to be one of the best! You can see it has been professionally decorated, the attention to detail is amazing! Every picture, window treatment, light fitting and furniture gives this home its own unique style with a bright and colorful theme throughout - exactly what you would want in a Florida Home close to Disney World!
  
  Some of these bigger homes don't have enough seating for the maximum occupancy but this home has a Dining Area that seats 8, Kitchen Table that seats 6 and 2 Tables for outside dining which also seat a total of 8! 3 couches are in the Family Room around a 42" large screen LCD TV and a large couch and chair in the formal living room! There will never be fighting for seating in this home!
  
  There are 7 Bedrooms and each is completely unique. The colored painted wall behind each of the beds really help make these rooms pop! The owner has also made sure that each of the bigger rooms has a King size bed (4 out of the 7!) She has made sure she has utilized all the space, some owners don't use the space in these homes to their advantage. There are 2 bedrooms for the children, 1 with 2 Twin Beds and 1 with 2 Bunk Beds so 4 of your children can stay together! Each of these rooms are brightly colored which your children will enjoy! Another bonus is that every bedroom has a TV!
  
  The Games Room has a Pool Table and a Foosball Table...and guess what, even more seating! 1 couch and a table that seats 4! You even have 2 NBA stars to keep you company that look like they are going to jump out of the wall!
  
  Venturing outside is an Oversized Lanai, West Facing Swimming Pool and Spa! This pool area overlooks a conservation area which is 100 times better than looking at another house, another factor that makes Emerald's Villa Sara special!
  
  I highly recommend this home to anyone, you will have a really great experience! :-D

  WOW!!! What a beautiful villa, we will never stay anywhere else again. It is amazing that you can have so many people in a house and never feel crowded. this was a great trip and had absolutely everything that you need. Thank you for all the great memories, will be back next year!!!!

  Emerald's Villa Sara is absolutely amazing, it is the best villa I have ever stayed in and I've been in a lot. The interior is fabulous and very high end. We were very comfortable with all 16 of us and we each had a bed to sleep in. The bedding was especially nice as the beds were all pillow top. The villa is 3 miles from Disney's gate and theme parks and the community offers allot. They have a Tiki Bar where you can get cocktails while watching the kids or soaking up the sunshine by the club house. Perfect location off 192 and close to grocery, restaurants, shops all within 1 mile. The oversized pool and spa is a welcome and soothing, comfortable, retreat after a long day at the parks. The games room was also amazing for the kids and between the games room and the pool, the kids were always occupied and did not want to leave to go to the parks.
  I can't say enough about this house... Thank you for sharing your wondeful home with us and we will be back next year.
