187051The best place we have stayed for a Disney Trip

We returned from our trip a week ago and still on a high from an amazing trip enhanced by the fabulous accommodation we had at this house we were a small group for the house 7 adults ranging from 30 - 58 and two 3 year olds - it was perfect very homely and comfortable- the upside for us was how well equipped it was for eating at home with 2 young children exhausted from theme park visits it was nice to come back - chill round the house and tuck the little ones into bed. The location was perfect for Disney, Universal and Seaworld and of course the outlets for shopping and not far from the airport in Orlando. Handy for supermarkets and places to eat, we loved the Miller Orlando ale House on the 192 only 10 mins from the house very child friendly. We had a few problems with the pool which were resolved as quickly as they could be. We have to mention how friendly the staff were in the clubhouse and so helpful they are a credit to the Emerald Isle Resort - we would not hestate to make a return visit and will certainly be letting others know its a great place to stay .

We were a party of 14, including 2 elderly. Kirk Manor offers 7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms - just what we needed! Never did we feel short of space, and everyone truly enjoyed themselves. Only 20 minutes from Disney, a 90-minute drive to the Gulf Coast and 75 minute to Cocoa Beach, the location suited our needs. How shalll we say? Being all together under one roof, spacious and clean premises - yes, we did enjoy Kirk Manor. We even had food delivered from a grocery store before our arrival late in the evening, which made things so much easier for our party - thx to the administrator of the home! Without a doubt, a very, very lovely weekend!

We were in charge of our 18th annual Get Away Gang weekend. 6 couples that travel to a place picked by one couple. We found this place on the web and were thrilled with the find.Burnadette Bodden was very pleasant and easy to work with. What you see in the pictures is what you are getting. A beautiful home well maintained and in perfect conditions.Only disappointment was the weather was not hot and sunny. WE would HIGHLY recommend this home. Thank you again for a wonderful get away long weekend.

We truly enjoyed our stay at your lovely home. It is decorated so nicely, I need your interior decorator. As soon as you enter the door starts the WOW factor. Location could not get closer, we were 3 miles to Walt Disney's gate, restaurants and grocery was maybe 1 mile away. Target was maybe 4 miles, which also had an Olive Garden and Longhorn. Food was really close. The Club House also has an arcade for the kids to enjoy.
The house has an over sized pool and a hot tub that the adults could take advantage of after the kids were played out. Thank you for making our trip special. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Kirk Manor is absolutely amazing, it is the best villa I have ever stayed in and I've been in a lot. The interior is fabulous and very high end. The villa is 3 miles from Disney's gate and theme parks and the community offers a lot. They have a Tiki Bar where you can get cocktails while watching the kids or soaking up the sunshine. Perfect location off 192 and close to grocery, restaurants, shops all within in 1 mile. The oversized pool is south facing and has a covered lanai. Great, Great, if you want a little shade, but still be outside. The villa is awesome. Great for families, with young or older kids, adults and couples. Wonderful.
