This home has a stunning playhouse with 2 children's play kitchens and colorful murals! Your boys will love sleeping in the Mickey themed bedroom with 2 twin beds. Your girls will enjoy the Minnie themed bedroom with 2 twin beds. You will love the king sized bed in the master bedroom. There is also another bedroom with a queen size bed. This home has the rare feature of a fake fireplace below the large plasma TV. The common rooms have vaulted ceilings and are based on an open floor plan. We had the chance to stay at Mickey & Minnie's Playhouse during our recent Disney Christmas/New Year vacation. We have rented many houses for our family vacations, and this house was undoubtedly our favorite! The house was clean, comfortable, well organized, and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. There was a smaller table in the kitchen, a counter with stools, and even a more formal dining room table. Our kids are 8, 6, 4, and 2 years. The Playhouse was a huge hit with them and gave them their own extra space to play. The 4 bedrooms provided plenty of sleeping space and the beds were comfortable. There were tons of extra bed linens an towels and these were all quality linens. The pool was awesome. We had it heated, and the kids swam every day for a couple of hours in the pool, even after running around Disney parks all day. The house is located in a nice residential community just a few miles from the Disney parks, and thankfully within a few miles from the grocery store. During our stay, when we had questions the Management was immediately responsive to our questions/needs. Mickey & Minnie's Playhouse felt like home, and I only hope it is available when we go back to Disney!

The location and home were wonderful and very close to Disney World and other tourist attractions. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet-a mixed neighborhood of tourist rental homes and full-time residents. The home was comfortable, well decorated and very family friendly. The grandchildren really enjoyed the playhouses, their Disney themed rooms and also the televisions, games, Wii games and other enjoyable features of the home. It was like staying in our own home-grocery stores were within a few miles, we were provided with a washer and dryer, also a full kitchen and grill for cooking outside, 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. We did not use the pool or other outdoor amenities but they would be great for warmer weather vacations. We would definitely use this home again or other homes recommended by Loyalty Homes as they were most helpful and really provided us with a most enjoyable home for our vacation.

3 generations of our family stayed a week and everyone had a great time in the Mickey & Minnie's Playhouse. The home was clean and looked exactly like the pictures shown online. The children were thrilled with their bedrooms and the playhouses and the grownups loved the kitchen, the Wii and all the tv's. We were very close to Disney and spent lots of time in the pool while at "home". We will definitely use Loyalty Homes when we are planning our next vacation.

Mickey and Minnie's Playhouse is great for a larger family. It has 4 bedrooms, a large family room, and a large kitchen and eating area as well as the garage which is converted to the Mickay and Minnie playroom. Home also has a pool and a great hottub (heat in hottub costs extra), a nice gril and tv's in every room including pool area. Home is very clean, very comfortable and very close to Disney. Looking forward to returning in 2013.

Our vacation home was very accommodating and exactly what we had in mind. The seclusion offered by staying in a private residence rather than a resort style hotel was a nice touch after a day of braving the theme parks. Essentially, it gave us an opportunity to leave the madness of the parks and tourist spots behind and retreat to a safe quiet location to recharge our batteries for the next day.

I would highly recommend this house to anyone. As soon as we walked in the house you could tell that it was well maintained. It had all the amenities that my family needed. The beds were comfortable, the linens were clean, the floor was absolutely spotless, I could go on !!! If you are going to Disney, the house is 5-7 minutes away.

My husband and I rented Mickey & Minnie's Playhouse in December 2011. The house was spotlessly clean and had every amenity we could possibly want and more. There was a flat screen TV in every room - including outside around the screened in pool and hot tub. This is a great home for families as it has a theme and playhouses for your children and is close to Disney World and several other theme parks. I would highly recommend it!! It's all on one floor so would be accessible for people with disabilities. Unfortunately I didn't take any pix of the house as I was there to photograph the birds and wildlife of Florida. They have an excellent website that shows pix of this home.

My 4 year old son absolutely loved the play houses. The Mickey and Minnie bedrooms were adorable. The house itself was very cozy. I really liked the inside. My only complaint about the house was some kind of animal hair was all over the master bedroom comforter and it smelled a little of dog. Just the comforter. Other then that I was very happy with the house and would definitely stay again. It was very close to all the parks which was very nice.

We loved the houses except that we had an un wanted visitors ( two small scorpions ) to both of the houses (Mickey & Minnie and in Cinderella Castle) and we left those two scorpions next to the wine buttles. If we plan to visit Orlando again we might want to try other area.

we travel a few times a year and always stay in vacation home rentals. the mickey and minnie home is by far the best rental home we have ever stayed in. the disney world theme throughout, the cleanliness, everything was top notch. everyone associated with loyalty homes is wonderful, as well. we will definitely be back in 2012!

Speechless! That's what we were when we walked into our vacation home! This house was so clean, comfortable and kid friendly we couldn't believe our eyes. It was so nice to come home from long days at Disney, which was a very short drive by the way, to a house that the kids could play in and we could all have some space. There was only 4 of us staying there, but the house was perfectly set up for 2 families of 4. Everything was updated and the king size bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable bed I had ever slept on! The pool area was nice, but even when the weather is in the 80s, I suggest getting the warmer of the 2 options for pool heat. LoVe LoVe LoVe Mickey and Minnies Playhouse!

Every thing was nice, but the house could use some decorating. It is close to Disney, and has all new flat screen T.V.s. Just not many pictures on the wall or plants. Truthfully, we were all very comfortable and happy with the house. Also everyone at Loyalty was very nice and helpful. I would recomend this house to anyone.
