The house initially seemed very clean. However, we had stained linens, dirty walls, and several bugs. It would have been nice to have control over the aC because it would get very cold at night and we were never there during the day. The location was a little far but the commute would not deter me from renting from that community again since we were close to stores and restaurants. Soap, handsoap, cleaning products, dishwashing liquid, and laundry detergent should all be supplied for convenience (tiny hotel soaps are not enough). All of the towels were in the master bedroom's bathroom closet which we did not know until days into the trip. It would have been nice to have an ageent or representative to call rather than the general number. I will rent again next year but I wish the website provided an accurate distance to parks as it would make the selection easier. Overall, it was a little too much money for experience but still much cheaper than a hotel!

We had a great time. The children really enjoyed the pool. We had plenty of room and like the idea of having a washer and dryer. The location was near stores and close to the parks for the children to attend. Plan to do this again. It has been 13YRS since we have rented a vacation home. Everyone should try this. yOU need a larger trash container since we were there for 4 days. iT got full quick and no one came to pick up while we were there.

The house was simply perfect! The property was in immaculate condition, and had all the amenities anyone would desire. The check in/check out process was by far the most convenient,and simplest we have ever experienced. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking into a vacation rental. We stayed for 6 days. The house is confortable with all the ammenities needed. We only had one issue, the downstairs aC decided to quit and the house turned into an oven, (we were also using the oven so this made it worse). We called the managment and they came to do the repairs quickly but it took all night for the house to cool. The second floor was also warm and we had to sleep downstaris, maybe this was due to the fact that the upstairs aC was doing double duty. The house is about 40 minutes away from the major attractions and close to a shopping center where you would find Publix supermarket. Overall would stay again if we again decide to take a small getway without leaving the house. Pool great.

spotlessly clean and well equipped, these villas are perfect for your family holiday. only a short drive to the main parks. supermarkets within 5 minute drive, and bars and eateries within 10 minutes, these villas really are the perfect florida base. 10/10
