We do not charge a refundable security deposit. In lieu of this we charge a one off fee of $45 for
accidental damage waiver insurance which covers you for up to $1500.
Final quote depends on several factors;
e.g. dates of stay, length of stay, early booking discount, last minute discount, repeat guest
specials etc.

You will receive a $25 restaurant gift card for booking online - (link will be sent with free quote)
We can also offer you travel Insurance through TravelGuard. The premium is 7% of your booking total.
This cover is optional but recommended.

Cleaning fee applies for stays of less than 7 nights.

We stayed at the Florida marvel villa for two weeks in July.Myself and my wife booked it on behalf of us and my brothers family,We hoped that it would live up to their expectations,it certainly did that.
We arrived at the property to find out we were giving the wrong code to access the property as mentioned by a previous reviewer.After being a little flustered by this,and not being able to get in contact with the owners,We tried another code and to our relief it worked and our vacation could start.
On entry into the villa we were chuffed and our entry problems became a distant memory,The villa was beautiful and well appointed in every way.large rooms,decorated nicely with nice dining areas,living areas and games room.
The villa had brilliant outside area and pool in which we spent most of our time on return from the parks,it wasnt overlooked either giving you plenty of privacy.We ordered a barbeque for our stay,but ended up using it a few times as the villa is in close proximity to loads of restaurants and shops.
The location of the villa could not be better,just 20 minutes at most away from all Disney parks and 30 minutes away from universal.
Martyn and lyndsie we're always on the ball with replying to emails and correspondence before and after our stay,I can't thank them enough for a memorable stay,we will certainly return. -

We had a wonderful vacation at Florida Marvel. Booking is easy and very flexible with the number of nights. The location of Indian Creek is about the closest you can get to the Disney parks! It is great to be able to get to and from the parks to have a nice soak in your own, private pool and hot tub. The house is nicely furnished. Cool. Comfortable. Clean. Roomy. Just as the pictures depict. We will definitely return!

This property is ideal for families visiting the Orlando theme parks. It is only a twenty minute drive to most attractions. The villa was spotlessly clean and spacious. We had a party of six and there was still room for more! The pool area was lovely, however we didn't use the hot-tub as it was so blindingly hot this summer that extra heat was not needed! The only problem we encountered was that we had been given the wrong code for the front door and the alarm, thus when arriving in the dark on the first evening, it proved rather difficult getting into the property! Luckily the neighbour leant us a torch, as the porch light was not on, and we eventually entered the villa. After that fiasco, everything went smoothly and we could not have been more pleased with our choice of property! Would definitely recommend this villa to others.

Very nice home for a rental. Couldn't get the pool cleaned properly after the rain washed all the bugs in it. Pre-set temperatures are a pain in the butt. Master bedroom and bath are beautiful but kids rooms aren't so great. (what kids rooms are in rentals?) Perfect location for visiting WDW. I could never stay here again because I found about 30 brown widow spiders around the pool area and in the garage. I'm still creeped out!

Many thanks for your review, and we appreciate your comments.
We would have been more than happy to clean the pool again for you, had you let us know the rain had washed in bugs, and to rid you of the spiders. With Florida being a tropical climate, we are very conscious of the bugs here, and have a professional pest control company treat all our homes.
The pre-set temperatures can actually be changed in the home, and we are not sure what else we can do to the kids rooms.
The recently redecorated movie themed twin room has a 32inch flat screen TV with Wii and DVD player with a wide choice of DVD's. The Disney themed room has TV with PlayStation and a wide choice of games.
It really was a shame that we were not given an opportunity to address your issues during your stay, as we pride ourselves on our customer service as you will see from our other guest reviews.

We had the best holiday ever, this was our sixth time to visit Florida and it definitely was the best due to staying at Marvel. The house was absolutely beautiful. It was impeccably clean and had every thing you would want. Our sons had a ball with the consoles and game tables in the garage. The playground, basketball and tennis court was nearby. The privacy out back really helped us to relax and chill not having a pool facing you makes a huge difference. It is a perfect location to eat out, there are so many restaurants nearby and the mini golf was brilliant to occupy the children on a night out. Walmart and Target are nearby if you choose to cook and the groceries are reasonably priced. The parks are also close by so we didn't spend our vacation stuck in traffic for a long time. We loved staying at marvel, We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. It was perfect.

We booked our stay at the Disney Marvel Indian Creek, which we found the management team a pleasure to deal with and the whole experience was easy from paying our deposit at the initial booking stage to first arriving at the villa. The Villa was spacious to accommodate our party of six people and offered a heated pool and games room which kept the kids occupied for hours, and for the adults a hot tub to relax in after many miles of walking around theme parks. The villa was well equipt with a home from home feel about it and the free internet was a great way to contact friends and family back home and to research the local area.
Overall we found the villa very good value for money with regards to location and amenities and overall comfort.
The villa is located minutes from the main highway which has many shops and restaurants and very close to all main theme parks. Getting about in Florida is generally fairly easy although we found hiring a sat nav made it much more relaxed and a good idea for that not so confident driver!
If and when we decide to return to Florida we would definately use this company again and the same location, as it made our holiday so perfect. Thankyou

Third time we have stayed in the same villa, it had been redecorated this year and was superb. Only trouble with us is TVs are rubbish and the satellite/cable systems are slow (hey ho not why we cone at the end of the day though)

We have now stayed at this villa three years in a row. The villa is very clean, spacious and comfortable. It has everything we needed. This year the villa was refurbished and now has all new kitchen appliances, large TV in the livingin room and air-conditioning in the games room which is a big bonus. It is a 10 minute drive to Disney's animal Kingdom via an easy to find back road. Any queries\requests we had were dealt with very quickly by Martin & Lyndsie who are very friendly and helpful.

In the past two years our family and my in-laws have stayed at a resort outside of Disney while in Orlando for our Feb. break. This past year we looked into renting a house. What a great decision!!! We actually ended up saving money, had tons more space, and not to mention the private pool and hot tub. We will always rent a house now instead of a hotel or resort...We where very close to everything, but it was quite and clean

Once you have experienced the freedom and space of a Florida holiday home, you will never stay in a hotel again. Our first holiday home vacation was in april 2011. The accomodation was superb. Our 12 year old son had his own bedroom, bathroom and TV. We had internet access, full kitchen facilities and the use of a heated pool and our accommodation costs were still lower than our hotel costs in previous years. This home is special as it overlooks a conservation area and is not overlooked. It was magical after a day at the theme parks to jump into the pool and look up at the stars. We wanted to rent it again in 2012 and are gutted that it is not available for our dates.

Staying at a home managed by MHM Inc is great. The value is exceptional, the space is clean, clutter free and well maintained. This home has 4 bedrooms and huge open concept living areas - I could not stay in a hotel room and have not since using MHM Inc for the last 5 or so years. I have recommended MHM Inc and the homes to several of my friends and business associates and those people are now repeat clients also. Knowing I have a home to go to in Kissimmee keeps me and my family coming back.

We have rented the same villa from Martin and Lyndsie twice and thoroughly enjoyed it both times. The home is up-to-date and has a nice private pool area (faces preserve to the rear). Equally important is that Martin and Lyndsie are there to take care of everything you need... they respond to inquries super-fast!

great villa in peaceful area backing onto open fields filled with wildlife. villa was well equipped and the children loved the heated poll and games room, a great way to unwind after the parks. any problem was dealt with promptly with a visit from Martin and/or Lynsie. only saw one bug, reported it and the next day the 'exterminator' arrived and dealt with it. would definately recommend to friends and family.
