All rates are per property and not per person. As soon as final payment is made directions and
key/alarm code will be forwarded by email.
We do not charge a refundable security deposit. In lieu of this we charge a one off fee of $45 for
accidental damage waiver insurance which covers you for up to $1500.
Final quote depends on several factors;
e.g. dates of stay, length of stay, early booking discount, last minute discount, repeat guest
specials etc.

You will receive a $25 restaurant gift card for booking online - (link will be sent with free quote)
We can also offer you travel Insurance through TravelGuard. The premium is 7% of your booking total.
This cover is optional but recommended.

Cleaning fee applies for stays of less than 7 nights.

We stayed at this house for 10 days in april 2012. The house and pool were beautiful. The location was convenient to shopping, Disney and Universal- easy to get to the major routes. We tried to book for our next vacation for next year at this house, but it was already booked. Would definitely use the company again. Great communication.

We had a most wonderful week in this villa. It was fabulous size and so well kitted out. Our kids really enjoyed the games room and lovely pool.
The villa was very clean and comfortable. Windsor Palms is so close to the theme parks and the villa was a great place to relax after a busy day. Could not recommend this accommodation highly enough. -

The villa was fantastic, lovely and clean, plenty of room and the kids loved having the pool and a telly in each room! The location was great as it was near to everything. Not sure how the kitchen worked as we eat out all the time! The only down side was the instructions on how to find it -they were a bit vague!

Checking in was a breeze because everything had already been done on-line. We were able to go straight to the home which was only three miles from Disney World. It was so restful to come back to a wonderful house after a busy day at the parks. The pool was so nice, and the hot tub was good for the sore muscles after walking all day. We could cook our meals and enjoy a quiet dinner at the house. When we plan another trip to Disney World, we will definitely try to rent this home again. It was so much better than I even expected!!

The service we received from Matin and Lyndsie was exceptional. At each stage of the booking they were helpful and informative and didn't miss anything. The house itself was absolutely ideal for our family of 9 including 4 children, and had everything we could have needed. The pool, hot tub and games room kept the kids occupied for hours. The location was just perfect being minutes from Disney and also having supermarkets and restaurants down the road. The best part of the holiday was having all the luxuries from home available to us in the house. The only downside was having to come back to reality. Thanks for everything Martin and Lyndsie we'll be recommending you to all our friends.

It was a great villa and had all the little things that we enjoy - hot tub, table tennis, computer, gated community. It was very clean and well maintained. Great location for all things Orlando. Martin and Lyndsie were prompt and professional in their dealings with us. Only two little issues - firstly, there were no instructions for the safe and we couldn't figure it out! Secondly, there was no toilet roll provided on our arrival! These were small things though which didn't detract from the fact that it was a great place to stay - so much so we are staying again this year.

the games room was well equipped and maintained and with the pc and games console there was plenty for the kids to do. the pool was a good size and clean and the hot tub was the perfect place to relax with a drink when the children had gone to bed. the villa was furnished to a high standard and was comfortable and homely. location was great, just a 10 minute drive to the disney resort and with lots of nice restaurants nearby too. the service from the management company was friendly helpful and informative. all in all a wonderful place for a holiday

This house was wonderful! We enjoyed the pool even in Feb. Close enough to Disney. Great bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, game room. My family really enjoyed our stay there. Had 3 small children and they loved the "Disney" themed room. I would definitely stay there again.

This villa is easy to find and in a great location within Windsor Palms. Before arrival, although exhausted we went to the shop to buy milk and bread for breakfast the next day, only to find the owners had done some shopping for us, and we need not have bothered. That typified the helpful attitude of Martin and Lyndsie during the booking process, arrival and contact during our holiday to make sure everything was OK. The villa was clean, tidy and had everything that was promised. The rooms and swimming pool were exactley as expected and all the fixtures, fittings and appliances were in working order and of good quality. We have booked again so you can not have our weeks, but otherwise this villa is highley recommended.
