Lower's Vacation Home staff were the friendliest, most knowledgable staff I have ever dealt with. There was nothing they would not go out of their way to assist us with. Check-in was a breeze.
When we arrived at our house, we were Flabergasted in a great way. The 3/3.5 pool house was pristine clean, you could eat off the floors. The kitchen was stocked with anything you could ever need.
Everything in the house was in working order, the pool and yard were just as clean as the house. We were just thrilled to have book with Lowery's We will never stay anywhere else again where ever they have properties.
Only thing missing were rocking chairs on the balcony and front porch and pool towels. We had no problem living without the chairs out front and had read other reviews and knew to bring our own pool towels.
Best ever vacation homes to stay at. They even have security so we always felt comfortable and safe. -

Very comfortable stay in a central location for visiting orlando main amusement parks, Tampa and easy to find from airport. Very clean, we'll maintained and well furnished. Internet connection slow, but other than that highly recommended.

We stayed here for three weeks. Arriving late evening we found cupboards and fridge were bare; no welcoming fruit or water, not even a tea bag or coffee. So we drank a glass of (somewhat smelly) tap water and went to bed. Woke up with the mother of all coughs and a badly congested chest . Would have put this down to a gippy tummy or, maybe, a touch of flu ... if it were not for the fact that both of us shared the exact same symptoms. We spent the rest of our holiday coughing and wheezing (wanted to fly home end of first week but knew they would not allow us on the plane) and using up two packets of tissues daily. Then along came the pool installers to begin excavating next door...
Now I am not saying our problems were caused by the water; in fact, we still have no idea what it was that caused us so much discomfort and would be interested to hear if anyone else has had a similar experience...
Apart from the above, the house itself was ideal and could not be faulted. Roomy and well furnished and convenient for supermarket and shops etc. Pool area a touch small but there are several communal pools, a WaterWorld and a really nice restuarant in the Reunion Hotel. -

This beautiful house in Kissimmee was a pleasure to stay in. The service was great since we had to handle the rental long distance. It was very relaxing and made us feel at home. We were able to even cook a few meals in the beautiful kitchen. The swimming pool was perfect for our young children. The location was only a few minutes from Disney World. We will stay here again in the future.

When we arrived we were suprised to find the cleaner still in the house a 5 pm. The pool was dirty and the heat was not on in the pool althought we had paid for pool heat. One of the twin beds was clearly broken so one of my kids had to sleep on a mattress on the floor for the duration of our stay. However, a pool guy did come first thing the next morning and cleaned the pool and got it going but we lost one day of swimming. The house was very nice and well equipped. The staff at the office were very helpful with responding to our problems with the pool.

Booking through Lowery's was pretty much hassle-free and as soon as we walked in to the home we felt at home. The entire house was clean,tidy and comfortable. As for the location, we couldn't have asked for better - secure, close to all attractions and yet peaceful and quiet when we needed it. Would definitely stay again.

This house is amazing! Absolutely immaculate. Pool is a great size for a small family and the layout of the house is perfect. Plenty of space for the entire family. Resort very secure and beautiful. House is very close to Disney (you can even use a side road), but a bit further from Universal/Sea World. Only downside is renters cannot use any amenities that the resort offers.

Just one point for improvement: cleanliness. The vacuumcleaner was so clogged up that it explained the bad vacuuming. Also some towels had dark stains and the placemats had the jelly and whatever more in them. After unclogging the vacuumer, 20 minutes of vacuuming and washing the towels/placemats we had a wonderful time.
The kids loved the pool!!! -

Very tidy, clean, comnfortable house. The rear garden was tiny as was the pool. The photographs of the rear were misleading we expected a much nicer yard and space to sit out and enjoy the weather. There was no pool cage which I found surprising and in the heat of summer would preclude it's use. I would rent the house again but not in the summer if I wanted to use the yard and pool.

We stayed at this beautiful 3/3.5 Key West-style home last weekend for Halloween Horror Nights xx (we're all between the ages of 20-24). This home provided us with all the amenities we needed and we really enjoyed our stay. It's located in a great resort with a security gate and two shopping centers close by. It wasn't a long drive to the parks or restaurants.
I give it 4/5 stars only because we really couldn't use the pool, it wasn't very clean but it was chilly outside anyway so we didn't use it. Also, it tended to be a hassle to always walk along the edge of the pool safety gate to get to the car. The last thing, the upstairs air-conditioning was shut off and we couldn't access the command so it got real warm with just the fan on.
Other than that, I would say we'll be coming back for our next vacation for sure!

I think the overall stay at the house which was limited since we spent the majority of the time at the Parks was a good experience. We had some minor issues, like no hot water the first night and small ant issue. but the office was quick to respond and have the issue resolved the following day. But after the first shock of cold showers that evening and morning it was an overall great stay.
Will be back. -
