Emerald Island is built around a wooded area with a walking/jogging/biking trail. Shuttle services are available to the attractions. There is a large clubhouse with a heated community pool and spa, sauna, fitness centre, clubroom, video games room and computer room with Internet access. Facilities also include an outdoor play area for children, tennis courts and a Tikki Hut. Our house is located two minutes away from Formosa Gardens Plaza which has a large supermarket and several shops and restaurants. For sports enthusiasts, there are several highly regarded golf courses within a very short drive. In addition to Disney World, attractions such as Sea World, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are easily accessed via the I-4 junction just minutes away from the house. Kennedy Space Centre, Cocoa Beach and Busch Gardens are only about an hour's drive away.

  We checked in pretty late but it was very easy to access, as we were provided with the location and keyless entry code to the unit. The unit itself is nice, and the location is great. The living room furniture is modern, the sofa is very comfortable, the dining table is big enough for all of us. The pool was definitely fantastic. We wished we had this back in our own home.   We stayed here with two families in total and we all enjoyed the place. The home was nicely decorated and very modern. Everything was clean and I like the fact the walls were not just basic white. The colored walls were a nice change from a typical home. The kids loved the pool which we spent a lot of time in. The rooms were comfortable.   We were delighted with the accommodation. It had everything we needed and more. The home is beautifully set up and provides absolutely everything you could need during a vacation.   A Wonderful way to enjoy Disney World

  This was our first trip as a family, with my wife, two daughters and I to Disney World. We searched through literally hundreds of vacation homes in the area, and were so happy with our decision to stay in this rental home. It made our stay much more comfortable than if we had been crammed into a 2 Queen bed hotel room. One suggestion for anyone staying there in the fall: be sure to select to have the pool heated! Even though the weather in October was beautiful (mid to upper 80s) the pool's water was quite cold. This was a wonderful home, well kept and provided my family a wonderful vacation!

  Home away from Home

  My family and I spent our Thanksgiving holiday in Florida to celebrate the return of my son from afghanistan and to just enjoy and appreciate time with family. We rented a home from sweet home vacation located at Emerald Island for a total of 5 days. The home was beautiful and spacious and able to accommodate multiple families. We had a very relaxing vacation. Everything you needed was there. The kids enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi while the adults grilled and relaxed by poolside. It was as if we had never left home. We look forward to our next vacation in Florida and would rent from sweet home again. Thanks for making our vacation a very memorable one.

  A beautiful home just minutes from Disney. The convenience built into staying at this house made it so much more enjoyable. We were able to make many of our meals and comfortably enjoy them with all our family and friends. This house is perfect for a large group, with a private pool and hot tub, pool table, and comfortable entertainment area there's always a spot for good conversations. I would recommend this home to any group who is looking for comfort and convenience.

  It was definitely an excellent choice to choose your house! Me and my friends were completely satisfied. :) Your lovely house was everything we needed, perfectly furnished and equipped! We loved the location which allows to reach everything very fast like banks, restaurants, and malls. We spent most of our time in the private pool and we were glad we ordered the pool heat.   What a perfect holiday! The layout of the house is great. We had 12 in our group and everyone enjoyed their space. Being able to watch TV while I cook is definitely a plus! It was over 100 degree everyday, but the aC kept the house cool and comfortable. Everything worked perfectly. The pool and hot tub was also very nice! Everything was perfect, the location, the house, the owner and management. We have absolutely nothing to complain about! I can't wait to come back next year!

  Emerald Island is a 5 star resort. This place offers everything you need for a vacation especially for families. Location is perfect and it only took as less than 15 minute to get to the parks. Our family really enjoyed the home and clement and his management was quick to answer all our questions! Will definitely be back next year!
