Rented this house mid January, and really enjoyed it. It was great to have a nice cozy place to relax after a long day at Disney. My two kids, ages 9 and 2 really loved the Wii! This house is real close to shopping, eating, and grocery stores. Would highly recommend this house, and would definitely stay here again.

My husband, 14 year old daughter and I were visiting the Orlando/Kissimmee area for 10 days. The rental process was easy and secure. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a full sized washer & dryer, a kitchen and living area to come back to after a hot day at Disney and Universal. It was nice to have a fully stocked kitchen to use also. It made the stay much less costly.
The condo was neat and tidy, and the perfect size & location.
The development also had a pool, which we didn't use. -

We had a wonderful stay in Paradise Cay. We had no complaints. We arrived at the townhouse and checking in was easy. The house was nicely cleaned and the kitchen was fully equipped. The location was the best. Walkable distance to restaurants and stores. Overall, very nice and cozy place, we would stay here again on our next trip!

Other than beach homes, I've never rented from a private owner, so I was skeptical at first about renting for such a low price. I was pleasantly surprised! Clement is a wonderful person to deal with and his staff in Orlando are really on top of everything. Positives:
location--within 5 mins of any and everything you desire, yet in a quite subdivision/development, decor--tastefully decorated, warm, inviting, rental process--clear, concise directions on what to do and not to do--Mr. Ng is always available to answer any questions you may have. My only negative isn't really a negative..the keyless entry for the townhome..once you get the hang of how to do it, you really like it. They (the key codes) are time-specific, so If you arrive early or stay later than contracted, the code will not work. The key to a great stay: communication:-) Thank you Mr. Ng (Clement), for opening your home to us. We will come again! -

We love Paradise Cay. The community was very nice itself and the townhouse was just what we needed. The place only have 3 bedrooms but it was more than enough for our family of 3. The community was also in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and most importantly, Disney! We could not be more satisfied. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone looking for a nice place to stay in Orlando!

This was my first experience renting an online property, so I was a little nervous. Thanks to Clement, the owner, for making it such a wonderful experience! He is readily accessible via email and cell and willing to answer any questions. The townhouse is exactly as pictured - spotless, well-stocked with basic necessities, and in a fabulous location. Our family had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this location/owner to people looking for a clean, safe place to stay while in Orlando.

I first saw the ad of this house on Craigslist and thought it was too good to be true. But once I saw the owner's website it was very professional. After looking through a few more other properties on Craigslist, I decided to choose this townhouse because their photos of the house and the location seemed the best! When we arrived at the house, we weren't disappointed! Everything seemed just like the photos. The house was very cozy and had 3 bedrooms, just enough for our family of 5. This gets my highest recommendation!

What a great vacation rental! It was literally minutes away from Disney. Our plan to "beat” the sun was to go early in the morning and come home to the pool every afternoon. The home is clean and offers everything as advertised. Great rental for the convenience and the awesome deal.

Our vacation was perfect! We all thought it would be fun, but it exceeded all our expectations, and clement's townhouse was a big part of that. It's close to everything, so clean (almost like brand new), and so comfortable! There isn't anything that I would change or ask for, especially with the deal we got. This rental was amazing. This was the first time we rented a home for a vacation so I was a little nervous. I read the reviews and they seemed to be good so I took the chance. I am very picky about staying in a clean place and this place was super clean. The house had everything we could possibly need. We felt like we were home. The pool was very nice and allowed us some nice relaxation time. Thank you so much Clement. Clement was also very easy to deal with and had great communication with me via email.

This was our first time staying at the property and we were pleasantly surprised. The townhome was spacious, comfortable and very clean. It was nicely decorated (minimalist/modern) and the kitchen had everything you needed for cooking/eating. It had 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, three flat screen tv's, a dining room table that seats 6 and they had also had a washer/dryer. It would easily fit 6 people comfortably. It is very close to all the parks (less than 4 miles), there are a ton of restaurants nearby and it's less than 5 minutes to the grocery store. You can't beat everything you get for the price! Why stay in a cramped room in a mediocre hotel when you can stay in a beautiful townhouse for half the price?!? It's a no brainer!

The pictures don't do this place justice. It was huge and spotless. My sister, her husband, my husband and 7 year old daughter stayed on our family trip. We loved the location - central to everything. We have family on the east cost of Florida & wanted to visit the west coast beaches and all the parks nearby. Perfect location, quiet & clean, the beds were comfortable. My daughter loved her own bedroom with wonderful views from every window. Great to have high speed WiFi for our 2 laptops - no problems using. Great parking right outside for our 2 vehicles. Easy access to highways nearby. It was too chilly to take advantage of the pool, but that area looked very clean & well kept. The landscaping is beautiful and we loved the playground areas closeby in the complex. I would most definitely stay here again the next time we're in Florida! The dining room area was large and 2 of the 3 bedrooms were huge!

My wife and I stayed at this property and thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance, cleanliness of the house, laundry facility, dishes, microwave and all the other amenities. Everything is there when we need it! Location cannot be beat as we could walk one block to find restaurants, gift shops, and more!
Owner was very helpfuly and made our first vacation home experience very positive. Will definitely be back to try out your other homes in the area next time! -

My husband and I recently stayed in Clement's townhouse with our 2 small children (ages 9 mths and 4). The townhouse was very clean and I felt comfortable letting our baby crawl around the carpet! All furniture seems to be very very new and well maintained. The townhouse was well stocked with kitchen items, linens, and anything extra that you need for a comfortable stay. The location was great and was close to all the attractions that we wanted to visit. Restaurants and walmart are also just "literally" around the corner.
We would definately stay here again! Thanks again for all the help and the amazing deal you offered! -

House was wonderful and very very clean, actually spotless. Very comfortable and beautifully presented, with new furniture. Game console was there for the kids, long-distance to Canada/USa and wireless internet. There was plenty of room for our family. Community pool was very peaceful, clean and relaxing. Would love to go back and visit again as we all had a brilliant time. More than a home away from home! Great owner, honest and helpful and gave us a Fabulous price for the week and he should have charged us alot more. You will not be disappointed in booking this townhome...very nice.

It was the first time we were staying at a Vaccation Home, & i was a little apprehensive. Now I'm a huge promoter.
We stayed at this townhouse will definately stay again. The pictures do not do this property justice. It is beautiful, Plenty of room for a large group. All the beds were extremely comfortable. Very clean and well maintained with great furniture. They even have Nintendo WII and games to play for "Free" A small park for the kids to play is steps away. Publix supermarket is very close & there is a CVS pharmacy you can walk to Pool and amenities are great! The owner responded quickly to my questions and was very helpful. Great location!! All parks are close by. Very convenient. Lots of restaurants and shopping less than a mile. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Highly recommend this townhouse to anyone! Excellent choice for Family. Beautiful & affordable!! You will never stay in a hotel again. -

This house is beautiful!! The pictures do not give it justice. We had an amazing girl's weekend and everything we needed was there.
When we opened the front door, we knew that we were going to have wonderful weekend. The house was exactly what we needed for our girls getaway!. The price was right, the instructions were detailed, and it was a pleasure working with the owner of this house.
