Our Lakeside home is a perfect location for your family Florida dream vacation. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is furnished to a high standard. Its own private swimming pool can be electrically heated during the winter months. As the house sits on the edge of a small lake there are lake views from most rooms. There is a large covered lanai for those that need protection from the Florida sunshine.
The split bedroom plan is a particular favorite with families - the mickey mouse themed twin bedroom is always a hit with the children.
The home has a High Speed Internet access so you can bring your laptop.

The villa was everything we wanted and more, the neighbourhood was very quiet. We found the location was ideally place with eating and shopping all within 15 minutes. Great fishing nearby aswell.

We have been coming from the UK and staying at the partridge for 10+ years now and return for 10 week stays each year. Our son and his family join us for a few weeks during our stay The property is comfortable with all the facilities we require. The outlook from the pool is relaxing and the lake provides some good fishing. The location is within walking distance of Supermarkets and Pharmacies and is less than an hour from the theme parks and airport. The owners Jim & Felicity keep the property in tiptop condition and provide a welcome pack of a few essential groceries on arrival. We return each year as we like the area and property, it is our "home from home".
