A very private luxurious home backing onto conservation making it one of the most private homes with private pool on the exclusive gated community of Cumbrian Lakes.
Our villa is a 5 bedroom 4.5 Bathroom (3 en-suites) home with two lounges, two dining areas and a games room. It is carpeted or tiled throughout. Our air-conditioned home also has ceiling fans and TVs in all rooms.
We have a very private extended 32 foot swimming pool and Lanai backing onto conservation and with the benefit of hedges on both sides. The Lanai is lit for night-time use for those long lazy drinks and evening entertaining by the pool. The spa is easily o...Read more

Fiquei com minha famÃlia em março neste condômino de casas e foi uma maravilha nossa estadia, perto dos parques da Disney e bem rápido fácil de de ir para outros lugares.
Lugar tranquilo e super seguro, ótimo para deixar as crianças sozinhas na rua brincando.
Nunca mais fico em hotel em Orlando, com a casa você tem muito mais liberdade e conforto. Eu recomendo para que esta indo com mais de 5 pessoas ficar em casa alugada .
I was with my family in March this joint owner of houses and was a wonder our stay, close to the Disney parks and very fast easy to go elsewhere.
Super quiet and safe, great for leaving children alone in the street playing.
Never stay in a hotel in Orlando, with the home you have much more freedom and comfort. I recommend going to this with more than 5 people staying in rented house. -

The house is a lovely place to stay nice and clean everything you possibly need come and go as you please it's so much better than staying in Motel's and close to all the parks, restaurants, shopping and much more, I would certainly recommend this Villa to anyone its very nice and we would like to thank Mr and Mrs fried for a lovely stay and a very nice welcome pack which was very much needed thank you
We all had a fabulous time the children went swimming with the dolphins at discovery cove which we recommend its excellent day out for all the family. There's so much to do every day you're out but great fun for all. Once again a big thank you for a lovely stay and would we go back again then the answer is defiantly yes.

It was like a home away from home.Everything bout this house was very nice..The kids loved the pool and the game room... And the adults enjoyed the beedrooms very nice and comfortable...The location of the house was within in 5mins of shopping centers and anything else we needed.. Loved the house Great House Mr.Fried!

We spend a fantastic Easter Holiday in this lovely villa. Parents, children and grandchildren loved their stay in this amazing house.It was of very high standard and contended everything we needed.

You get what you pay for, and Henry's extensive home is not only superbly fitted, but is situated in an excellent location for the various parks and attractions. The arrangement of the accommodation was well-suited to our party of adults/teenagers/children, who enjoyed the lovely pool, the numerous TVs and internet access back to the UK. For anyone prepared to pay that little bit extra, I would recommend Henry's home as an excellent base from which to enjoy the central Orlando area.

We had a wonderful time. This is a fantastic place to stay whether you are going to the Theme Parks, the costs (East and West), Kennedy Space Centre or Orlando itself. It's just a short drive to Disney or Universal.
But actually, it's just great as well to stay in by the pool and jacuzzi or use the games room.
Very well appointed and looked after in the house with enough bathrooms and TVs for every day of the week. Air conditioning is very effective on the hot and humid days or nights.
