Description

Our beautiful 4 bedroomed home is on the Executive gated community of Sunset Lakes, 3 miles west of Disney.

We have the prime position on the Estate. Lakeside, with extensive sun terraces and a large pool and kiddy pool to make the most of the south facing aspect, our home offers many upgrades and extras:-

It is a 4 bed roomed home with 3.5 bathrooms. There are two masters, two twin bedded rooms, two living areas and two indoor dining areas. PC with high speed cordless internet access and basic office help –fax etc, Play station 2, Fuzz ball table and Table Tennis table are provided, and a remote entry double garage.

South facing, with a large 15 x 30 feet pool, and a separate 8 ft (shallow) kiddie pool. The pool can be electrically heated, and the extensive pool deck [largest on the estate] has luxury padded furniture ~ loungers, chairs and footstools, and dining table. There is a covered lanai to escape the heat of the sun with lighting and fan for comfort and an electric BBQ

Family room has vaulted ceilings for space and light, and a wall of patio doors overlooking the pools and lake. There is a 60 inch flat screen HDTV, DVD and ULTIMATE cable package giving all channels including Disney HBO & sports with live record/pause in all rooms and an iPod/MP3 tower to plug in your own music.

• The Formal Lounge is for quiet times, and has a remote control CD Stereo.

• Dining Room with formal dining for 6 [although chairs from Breakfast nook will add on if need be]

• Large Dream kitchen with Garbage Disposal and all conveniences –down to Cappuccino maker, senseo machine, blender, and cheese grater!!

• Bright and sunny Breakfast Nook with seating for 8

• Utility room housing large washer and large dryer, ironing board and iron

• Powder Room

• 2 spacious master suites.

o Master 1 has a large private balcony overlooking the pools and lake. King Size pillow top heavenly bed, PC, Printer/scanner/fax/copier and 42” Panasonic TV/DVD/video. The large bathroom has waterfall bath, separate walk in shower, separate WC, his and hers sinks, walk in closet and tons of storage space!

o Master 2 is on the ground floor. It has a King Size pillow top heavenly bed, TV, doors walking out onto the pool, and the same large bathroom with his and hers sinks, waterfall bath, separate walk in shower and master closet.

• 2 twin bedded rooms. One is decorated Disney Style with flat screenTV individual cable box and PS2 –there is a full bathroom with shower imbetween these rooms and individual cable/flat screen TV s

• Double Garage with Remote Control Entry

• Fully alarmed, and all doors to the pool are also alarmed with high locks for child safety

• All linens, towels, pool towels. Plenty of crockery and tableware, including outdoor dining ware and kiddies cups. I also provide essential baby items –travel crib/playpen, 2 umbrella strollers and an adaptable high chair attachment.

• On site facilities include a child’s Tot Lot play area, private communal pool and easy fishing [incl Bass] from the garden or from the fishing dock [with Cabana] on the private lake.
