A 3% service charge will be applied to all credit card or Paypal bookings.
Details on costs:
$250 refundable deposit — refunded once the property is inspected and normally refunded within 14 days of you vacating the property.
$75 maid service.
$20 per day if you require the pool to be heated. This isn't always necessary but we recommend it between November & April, so check and confirm with us when you place your booking.
Bookings for longer than 4 nights will attract a $10 per night supplement to cover our utility costs.

In short, this is the ideal house for a stay in Florida.
When we arrived at the well-equipped, gated complex, we were greeted by fantastic Floridian weather, which was complemented by a luxurious house with all the modern amenities. A fully air-conditioned house made acclimatising to the warm weather that much easier, and a private pool was a great way to cool off after a day out exploring the local area.
Due to its central location, visiting much of Florida is very simple, and we enjoyed a full day out at Universal Studios, as well as a trip to the Kennedy Space Centre and the famous Gatorland well within easy driving distance. Getting to the big cities, such as Miami and Tampa is simple, although a car is recommended to make travel around the state more hassle-free.
The fully-complemented house had an enormous fridge, more than enough to cope with the food our party needed, and the many TV channels on offer made down-time between trips much more relaxing.
The bedrooms are comfortable and cool, with all the expected perks in the master bedroom, particularly the en-suite, letting you relax in the morning and giving you privacy and comfort regardless of party size.
As well as a private pool, the communal pools are exceptionally well kept, and we had a couple of pleasant days doing nothing at all lazing by the pool, getting to know our temporary neighbours.
All-in-all, this house provides you with the perfect homebase to explore Florida, escape to the Sun, and enjoy fantastic local culture (and orange juice!) at your own pace.
I not simply recommend this to people; I would insist that you take a stay here to truly experience the 'Sunshine State' and have a wonderfully varied, stress-free holiday. -

When i first arrived at the house it was clean and obviously well looked after. It is open plan and full of natural sunlight so you can really appreciate the fantastic Florida weather!
You're supplied with kitchen utensils and the largest fridge we'd ever seen!! The livingroom has comfy sofas and was really nice to relax in after being out all day.
I stayed in one of the twin single bed rooms and couldn't have slept better. There is enough aircon to give you a comfortbale nights sleep. The facilities on the site are lovely as wel, with two pools that are well maintained and the people at reception are very helpful and polite!
Its in perfect driving distance for disney and universal studios so we were never bored of things to do!
I would definitely recommend this to my friends and suggest it is perfect for families as well as couples or large groups.
