Our villa is modern style furnished, has everything you would expect in a holiday home, 4 bedrooms, 2 with king-size beds, 1 with single bed´s, 1 with triple bunk bed all with private TV. 2 bathrooms, Master bath with shower temple, Jacuzzi, massage jets, rain shower, steam sauna, radio, LED lighting, etc. 1 guest toilet, fully equipped kitchen, etc. with ceran stove, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum etc. bed linen, hand and bath towels are plentiful. Orlando and Kissimmee are the heart of Florida among the most popular holiday destinations in the U.S.
Our house is in Kissimmee in the community "Windward Cay", beautifully situated on the edge of a forest, only 6 miles to Disneyland! More than 20 themparks and other attractions are located in the vicinity. The villa is minutes from the legendary Highway 192 and International Drive with all its many attractions. Disney World is 10 minutes away, 10 to 30 minutes Universal Studios, MGM Studios, Sea World, Aquatica, Wet 'n Wild, Legoland and all other topics and water parks, also Downtown Orlando and Church Street Station with discos, clubs, bars and restaurants and many shopping malls and outlets. The nearest beaches, Kennedy Space Center, “Bush Gardens” Tampa, white sand beaches in Clearwater Beach, St. Petersburg, etc. on the Gulf of Meixco is less than 60 minutes away.
The nearest supermarket, Wal-Mart Superstore is by car in two minutes and is open 24 hours. Many other shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away.

This was the first time we rented a home for vacation and we could not be happier. I looked at several dozen homes ,but none met all of my family's needs until I found "Pension Florida". The house makes you feel like your on vacation as soon as you open the door. I would highly recommend this home away from home for many reasons, fist the communication from the owner and the detailed booklet that is given to you about your vacation home. Secondly the fantastic shower/sauna/jacuzzi unit in the master bedroom. My children could not have been happier, ages range from 12 years to 22 years old. They had a pool table/air hockey/ ping pong combination unit, Nintendo Wii ( with games and all controllers needed), dart board,computer , and large flat screen tv. The pool area is beautiful and private. My family and I felt like this was our home and found it very hard to leave. I will definitely be renting this home again. Lothar and his wife put a lot of thought and care into every detail, to make your vacation experience a truly memorable vacation. Thank you for a great family vacation that we will never forget.

Nous avons passé des vacances merveilleuses.
Les propriétaires sont adorables et répondent toujours très vite à toutes vos questions.
La maison est vraiment très bien équipée et très luxueuse. Elle est aussi très bien située, le Wallmart est à 3 minutes et tous les parcs sont à 15 minutes ! Le quartier est très calme. Quel plaisir de se lever le matin et de voir les écureuils dans les arbres juste derrière la piscine.
Nous ne pensons qu'à une chose y séjourner à nouveau !

Spacious well maintained home, 2 car garage, private screened pool are the main points. Details: new furnishings, European decor, flatscreen Tv's in every room, billiards/air hockey table in family room, internet access all within minutes of I-92 and Disney. This is a great value, location and we will definitely rent again.
