Sadly this did not meet our expectations, dirty. Clock broken, blinds broken, kitchen cabinets layer of dirt, dishes dirty all had to be washed, towels damp and smelled all had to be washed. Walls all scruffed, pool had rim of crud and had to call out mngmnt. Verticals fall off every time slide them to get to pool, or hangers and towels for 8 people vacationing. Not enough dishes for 8 people or seating outside to all enjoy the pool/weather. Windows were filthy had to clean ourselves, wood blinds layers of dust on them. We aren't the perfect people but did expect a degree of regular cleanliness upon visiting. Shame. House layout is perfect, distance to Disney is perfect but it does need more dishes, outside seating and a very very very good spring cleaning :(

The service was beyond great. My family and I truly enjyed the home. The best part was the gameroom and pool entertainment for the kids. I must say the neighborhood was very quiet and neighbors were friendly. I did't have and dislikes about the area everything once again was great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home! All of the rooms are very spacious and were perfect accommodations for our family. We cherished the privacy of the pool area, which was something specific that we were looking for. My only complaint would be that a new fan needs to be installed over the patio and the little nats that took over the pool every day. My son-in-law graciously cleaned the pool for an hour every morning and again in the evening. I know some bugs are inevitable, but these little things completely covered the surface of the pool! However, I don't think that was a situation that could be controlled by the homeowners ... it was just something that we had to deal with. If we ever have the opportunity to return to Florida, this home would be my first choice.

We were three couples and 2 little girls. My husband and I took the spacious and very comfortable master bedroom. My daughter and her family had their own private hall with 2 bedrooms and a bath. My son and his fiance had a bedroom/bathroom that closed off from the rest of the house with a sliding pocket door. We all agreed. I chose the perfect rental house for our Florida family vacation!

The house was well equipped, served the needs of multiple families with ease. We had adequate space for 3 families. Would stay again, a little far from main attractions but GPS and a good local map helps.Only issue was the bugs in the house, the owner even mentioned them in the house book. I know its Florida and I am sure it is a constant battle, but who wants to be concerned if roaches came home in your suitecase? Maybe a more agressive extermination plan.
