My overall trip was a good one but unfortunately the contact person was rude, inconsiderate just unbearable. The property was beautiful on the service so we were very first. Unfortunately the beds were disgusting! Sheets and pillows were filthy. We tried to contact Eric, the unit manager, who never returned one call. We had to go put and purchaser linen because the spoiled ones couldn't got onto the washer. The next day we finally got on contact with Eric and he was beyond rude! No apology for the inconvenience or anything just flat out rude. If we do stay at the Villas again it'll definitely be through another owner.

Condo community site and on-site amenities were good. The individual unit we rented was not up to par. Refrigerator was rusted and door wouldn't close. Bed linens were worn/torn. Carpets were stained.

Townhome carpet was filthy with many spots/stains, baseboards and caulking in bathrooms was dirty, threadbare mattress "pad," comforters had stains on them ... would never recommend staying here to anyone. It was quiet and convenient to thoroughfares.

Great place for a long family stay, not a single night stay. because rates it for $89 a night what they dont tell you is they charge $80 to clean it plus tax equals over $200 for one night... Don't make the same mistake I made.

This home was way better than the one I rented last November. The furniture was newer, the TVs were also HD. Closer to attractions. Lots of supermarkets and food at less than five minutes drive.

seven dwarfs is great. location, style, friendliness, wildlife, and ammenities were all great!! Just remember each condo is owned by a different person and thus offers different perks. I stayed in one condo where i had free long distance, tvs in every room and wifi. But another one I stayed in had no phone period, no wifi, no pool towels, or half if the kitchen necessities. So make sure you double check all that.

As far as my family is concerned, this is the only way to vacation. I was a little disappointed that every dish needed to be washed before they could be used, the oven didn't work, the "home phone" didn't work, and there was no in-house internet. but other than that, WE LOVED IT. Will most definitely rent from Near to Disney Resort again.

Como siempre estubimos mui bien acomodados, la villa mui bonita y limpia, ademas que esta serca de disney y los comercios mas importantes de Orlando. Todos los anos regresamos .Siempre los recomiendo por su excelente atencion y eficiencia.

Thank you so much,for let us stayed in your house,in Villas at Seven Dwarfs.our family vacation in florida is awesome..When we arrive in the house we try to open the box to get the key, but we cannot opened the box coz the number they gave to me in the instraction is not the same number. But we talk to guard and his very helpful.The house is clean but after a few days we see lot of insect,worms & spider crawling the flor, But we love the house because of the location, my daughters they love your swantowel.About the housephone have to be okey incase of emergency,I try but there is no tone not sure its okey or not.There is no (Kettle)in the house only coffeemaker,Wel next time we visit Orlando FL.again, We definitely stay At Villas at Seven Dwarfs again..But please(NO SATIN BED LINEN) I,wel recommend this place to a friend...
