Immaculate 3 bedroom, two bath home on the lake. Gorgeous..Sunset views over the water, from your covered lanaii. All the amenities like home, all appliances, washer dryer, coffee maker, microwave, all linens and towels...WIFI, free calling anywhere in the USA, Canada, PR.
This lovely home is close to shopping at Super Walmart, and 12 minutes to the Disney highways.
Chatham Park is a security community, with a park and playground for the children, and basketball and volleyball courts.
We accept Visa and Master Card, or personal checks if stateside.

We stayed for 2 weeks last year in september...The house,pool, and neighborhood were fantastic...the best thing of all was the great weather and the theme parks being slow..I recommned every one to come around this time...special kudos to the pool guy..he kept our pool nice and blue and also recommended us to many places which we loved...we will be back

This home was clean, comfortable and just plain homey.Lake right there with wildlife around was awesome. No problems here what so ever. Dont pass up this one cause it is well worth the expense. internet as well,beds were good,everything there,it was great.We loved the place and would go again in a heartbeat.
