The house was really nice, when me and my family and friends entered the house, we were like man this is nice!! Had a pool which the kids loved!! Had plenty of space for all 12 of us!! I would like to rent this house again! Overall Florida dream homes made it easy for us to get the keys in and out!! And also returning them was a zinch! The location of the home was away from the city, in a quiet place, which we all liked! Maybe if the house a bit closer to the parks would have been great but still we as whole were happy with the home. What I like the best for the home was that house was clean the first day we arrived! After man hours driving it was great to come to a clean house just to hang out!! What I would say to improve the house, would be to Fix minor things, like...the house had a game room. Has a pool table but the pool sticks were broken! There was a nintendo wii with missing controllers, guitar hero without a guitar?? We also got a bbq pit but something was wrong with the propane..we had to call about this,but i belive they fixed this the next day! Overall minor stuff, but I still enjoyed the stay at this house!! Maybe next summer we return!!!

We were a group of 6 adults and 2 children & stayed in the house for 5 days. We were very impressed with the decor and space, and from the beginning felt as if we were at home. It was a very nice house to come "home" to at the end of a long Disney day. The rooms were all very comfortable, and having a washer/dryer was a very welcome amenity.
The children loved the games room as well!
While we were (unfortunately) too busy to take advantage of the pool and hot tub, we certainly appreciated having the options.
All in all, I'd definitely recommend the house to family and friends as a much more preferable alternative to a hotel room.
