TO RESERVE THIS PROPERTY we would require $ 245. The $ 200 acts as a cancellation fee if cancelled one month before arrival. If not cancelled the money goes towards the balance when due which is also one month before arrival. The $ 45 is non refundable and is for an Accidental Rental Damage Insurance Policy.

Driving in Kissimmee, following Elaine's directions, we passed by a resort (I think it was called Oak something), we saw the houses there and someone in the car said "wow, that's nice, is that our resort?".
Then we arrived at Emerald Island and everyone thanked God it wasn't.
The resort is so beautiful, well maintained, picturesque that we were all speechless for a while.
We stopped at the reception to get entrance permits for the cars and drove to our new home (at least for 15 days it would be).
There really isn't anything bad I can say about the house or Elaine Westlake, this was the vacation of a lifetime, a special occasion to celebrate with the family and we couldn't have chosen a better place.
Suffice to say we all made an effort to keep the house clean and nice, despite having 3 children and 10 adults staying there, as if we all knew in our hearts that we'd come back soon. And we definitely will.
Thanks Elaine and Epsm for providing a perfect place for our perfect vacation. -

The pool and the hottub were fantastic. I couldn't keep my grandson out of there. The lanai was spacious with plenty of lounge furniture. We were centerally located to restaurants shopping the parks and I even spent a day on the beach on the atlantic only an hour and a half drive. We are already planning our next trip. Thanks Elaine for everything.

We stayed at your home from July 16th to July 23rd, 2012.
Even though we were three different families, we had more than enough space. The bedrooms were very spacious, as well as the gameroom, kitchen, pool area, and dining area. We also found the place to be very clean, was plenty of kitchen utensils. The locations was close to attractions and shopping areas and in a quiet environment. The owner was nice to deal with, and we will definately reccommend your home to family and friends. Thanks for everything! We look forward to coming again in the near future. -

We enjoyed our week long stay at your home, the kids couldn't stay out of the pool. If was so spacious and the decor was very tasteful...actually gave me some ideas. We look forward to renting this home again next year when we comeback.

We had great service. The (4) master suites were perfect for our (4) adult couples, with the twin bedrooms working fine for our (4) grandchildren. They all enjoyed having an onsite pool and gameroom after reconvening at the house each night. We were close to the Disney and Universal theme parks we were visiting. We enjoyed the opportunity to stay in a more homey environment during our Orlando visit.

The home was furnished and supplied with all the amenities and utensils we needed for our 12 day stay. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Location wise it was great for the commute to all things Disney but Universal and SeaWorld were a bit more of a hike and the I-4 was miserable with congestion. The young family really enjoyed having the stroller supplied with the home as they did not bring theirs and it was a valuable addition to our park days to carry tired kids, heavy back paks, purchases, etc. The best part for me was the sense of security within the community due to the front gate, but I am sure everyone would agree the pool and area was their hilite. Shopping close by for groceries, etc was good too. The least thing we liked about the home was a few maintenance issues, ie: the door knob fell off one of the bathrooms and we could not repair with no tools; tried with a knife but to no avail. I also would not have minded a few pool toys for the kids to play with as they would not transport very well back to Canada so where not purchased. Our family made some unforgettable memories ( Easter egg hunt, pool games ) and would definitly consider another trip.

Hi!
We all loved the house. It was perfect for what we required. It was big enough for everyone to do their own thing and not be stepping over each other.
The house was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, we had absolutely no complaints.
The house was a good distance from everything we needed.
Loved it and would definitely recommend it and stay again if we're out there again. -
